Sony Ericson is the best on the market. the battery last longer and it is very strong compared to nokia I will surely get one.

Dear all
I have used N95 and I swear the phone crashed the very first time I switched it ON I just opened the box took the phone inserted the battery and here we are (CRASHE) and sms comes with out contacts name and I had to call every body how text me tell I found that it was that peace of junk that doesn’t show names but only numbers.
I thing the worst SE is far better then the best nokia and lets face it you can’t compare big to companies like sony and Ericsson to nokia.

A few comments after trying the phone.
1) The photos are strangely red-tinted and off colour, though the detail is okay. Might be a prototype issue.
2) QVGA video :( though the video's sound quality was very good.
3) Camera button is extremely hard to press.
4) Wifi reciever seems weak.
The phone itself is quite heavy but I think nice looking.

Hi everyone! I just haven't seen for a while any (+ / -) rewiev for this phone. So I decided to meke one ;). First of all, have to say that noone can be 100% objective. Some peple like Nokia, others SE, etc. I'm a proud owner of Nokia now, but I'm changing bact to SE as soon as posible! lol
It is funny how some people fancy Nokias alltoug thay don't use more than 30% op its abillities. Same goes of SE and Samsung.
And people, don't force others to agree with u and like the same tinghs as you just becouse u say so... Every brand has its advantages and disadvantages to other brands. Fore exsample - i like my Nokia, but I just hate that it has only one alarm seting (becouse I work difrent time every day).
And now - the rewiev; wich is based on reading about this phone for a whie, and expirience with SE k800, k850, w910 phones
Good things
1st - it is a SonyEricsson phone, so it probable that quality is top
2nd - 8 mpix camera is awsome if you judge camera by mpix ;)
3rd - xsenon flash, autofocus, smatr pic...
4th - it has WiFi wireless, wich I thing a phone of this class has to have
5th - GPS navi system, also a gret thing that could come in handy
Bad things
1th - 256k screen, I actually don't think that's a bug minus, alltough I really like 16m clr Nokia screens
2nd - OS, think it would be a bit better if it had something like symbian...
but...
it's not such a big deal if it has no 16m clr screen becouse this way it saves bettery (for 3G, xenon...)
I couldn't decide if 2.4inch screen if good or bad - don't love touchscreen phones couse screen dets greasy all the time, but wondering if 2.4 is enough for GPS
Symbian is a gret thing but SE has such great looking menu, fun tu use an simple
And alltough i putted 8 mpix cam as a good feature, i still needs to be tested and compared to other phones. Couse if the colours are not true, and the phosot turn out too dark or too light or foggy, what good is 8.1 mpix...
I plan to buy this phone and I'd like it to have a 16m screen but I wouldnt trade it for 20% of battery. Any I'm sure if it had some slightly changes like Nokia, it would be much more expencive - and that would be a poblem :)
It's gonna be a great phone, a great camera, top end gadget for a decent price

Okay...seriously...to everyone complaining about the absence of a 16 million color screen.
I bet anything that if I put purple and magenta in front of you..you would not be able to tell the difference. 256 is more than enough and is a boon for battery life too. Just because Nokia puts 16 million colors in their phones that give marginally better screen quality with terrible battery life doesn't mean every phone company should do the same. Some companies believe that giving people more battery life is more important that making sure the flower in a picture is magenta and not purple. SE has fans because SE brings quality products with great design, ergonomics, and in tune with users. If you want a brick with loaded features...by all means run to your Nokia's. I mean just compare the symbian s40 operating system to the A200 and there is no comparision...SE is about appeal and easy to use...Nokia is all about throwing things together and hoping they have their reliable Nokia users to come back to them. I completely respect Nokia though...SE fans are just not looking for those kind of phones.
