As far as the C905:
It is nice to have a 8MP camera phone. Although I do not see the practical use of it. 8mp means resolution not necessarily quality. But hopefully, SE makes a great camera phone this time!!!!
As most of you know for a normal print, up to 8.5x11 or A4 a 5mp more than enough. The color accuracy, distortion, etc. more important than resolution.
SE fans often concern about the thickness Nokia phones. So I suggest to anybody, check out the 20mm thickness before purchase. I personally prefer less than 15mm today, and even less for 2009.
I agree with others that since this is a relatively thick phone with high resolution the VGA video recording is totally reasonable expectation.
There are very small and cheap cameras (around 10mp) with HD!!!! video recording capabilities.
Many people like to have a decent quality video (at elast VGA!) recording in their phone for special events, ´emergency´, etc.

yeah sony always put poor lens on their phones too.
the k850 was only 5.18mm........
and it came last in the 5mpx test, not surprising.
this phone definitley is good but i prefer smartphones which is why i picked the n95.
its just full of features

Hey it isnt a copy of n95, C905 is much classier, also SE is not closing down but thr are rumors that they may aquire HTC...

I would like just like to say that I use to only have nokia pohnes before, now ive got a se k810 and i must say I regret the money I spent on my previous nokia phones!!! Nokia s*U*X and se is awesome. It is much better then nokia. Even if you have a look at the new nokia supernova series, u will notice that they are just new covers in old broken hardware. Nokia is just wasting their money and dont even have any new technology. You can see SE coming up with Xperia and c905 and the panorama shot in cameras and even the xenon flash. Nokia is a Joke(ia)!!

Why should we care about the c905? Its another weak SE java with nothing new except the 8mp camera lol! Please don't bring up the c905,its destroyed by the N96!

This phone should have been made a few years ago when the first N95 was launched. Now it is already old before existing...
And 2,4 inches only when N95 is 2,8 inches !
I don't like Nokia that much (i have an old Samsung), but can't help to see the obvious. And i heard rumours that SE is going to stop making phones soon, like Motorola, because they cannot keep up with Nokia, or even LG.

just blurtin out facts, saying that the n95 is a better phone aint a fact...its an opinion and vice versa

1.) it doesnt have a 6 minute startup
2.)isnt squeeky just loose
3.)5mp that cant be obsolete as it does better video and is a good 5mp(remember megapixels arent everything)
4.)a yin yang button(you obviously have no idea what it is)it's a symbian key
5.) it has a pencil key not an "ansii" key as you mentioned

We the loyal fans of SE see this phone as a smooth transition into the future technology. Some of the nokia fans believe the design is copied from n95. Well sides of 905 show those lovely silver accents... Taken from their ancestors k790i, k800 etc.. N the front clearly resembles w910i even a blind man can tell the difference... Okay guys v at SE have a bigger heart. And if u still think this is a copy v dont really care. Coz c905 doesnt have;-
A 6 minute startup
Squeky sliding operation
A 5mp obsolete camera
A ying yang button
An ansii key
I bet the darest of nokia fans do not know what the last two in the list mean. N mind u they have a lot of logic behind them

and c905 has both!
