why slider? slider is prone to malfunction in the long run of used/ fliper may wear & tear. i like candy bar. im sure its a pricey phone!

is SE f'ing serious? iv always brought se fones coz lets face it there the best. but if they bring out another fone with QVGA video im just gna go with nokia... or even worse LG!!! wake up SE!!!! 8MP is pointless for evryday use! so big woop on that... comn on SE lift ur game!

the c905 stirs up a conversation i see. the phone is se's only hope to regain its market but does its camera really up to the challenge? i mean it can have a great 8mp sensopr but that doesnt mean you will get quality pics. it only means you can take pictures and print them in bigger formats. haay! hope se learns from nokia's strategy and all. the company's got a potential.

anyone wanting this amazing handset in october when launched will need to be with vodafone as they have exclusive rights to the phone til jan 09 like they did with n95 8gb

And what all these mockery about your phone which capable of recording VGA @ 30fps...why?
do you making calls while video recording?
sending messages while video recording?
having a shower while video recording?
listening to music while video recording?
stupid are those people who keeps bringing out these feature when in fact this is the least application that's being use.

I haven't seen this phone yet, but boy do I want to. The specs on this phone make me salivate, and I know that if I get it in store at the right price it will be reliable and popular. Fingers crossed. thanks SE for yet another fantastic handset.

next time before you comment it would be great if you would research about thing a bit more,
firstly, n95 has accelerometer it rotates even in the main menu unlike c905 which only rotates in gallery,
and next is the image stabilizer, even n73 has that more so on the n95
seems like just reading about the n95 and trying to find negative stuff about it just wont work sometimes
w960 or xperia is a good match to the n95 not c905...
the only accurate point about the c905 that you argued is that it has a xenon flash and you didnt even include the fact that it has led for recording videos
and quit calling people names shows how "mature" you are, not that the username by itself makes it not as obvious...

this is coming from someone who owns a nokia and a samsung...I'd choose this phone over a n95/n96/n82 anyday of the week.
nokia have the best spec'd phones,
unfortunately the worst designed/built phones to go with it.

you seem to not understand that VGA is 4 times clearer than QVGA even if it's sony ericssons QVGA fanboy, lets face it, Sony ericsson never had video recording as its "forte"
though xperia can probably change that, but this phone probably wont.
anonymous, I aint whinin, just would like to tell you that the person who uploaded that picture about the comparative seem to have a different n95 screen than what I have experienced.
p.s. mind making yourself a username? it's quite awkward to address you as "anonymous"

Actually its a camera with some cell phone function.
It should be release under the sony cybershot series not under SE shadow...
I am a huge fan of C902 but i am a symbian freak.otherwise SE got better designs and NOKIA got durability and long life

Nokia's are Grainy but Clear and not Natural
SE's have Better Music Playback and faster Software
SE's Battery Life Million times better then Nokia
SE's UI is Easier to Use and Faster then Nokia's S60
SE's Build Quality is better and STRONGER then Nokia's

woah this phone has a bigger lens than the n95....now this is interesting as this could probably squeeze in more info/details than the n95

well how come the screen of the n95 there is grainy? in that picture which compares the screen?
in the actual one the n95 is alot more vibrant than what that link gives...
to anonymous what do you mean by crying wolves?
of course people now use phones as camcorders
if not most...many, can you provide a link that says otherwise?
c905 is no doubt gonna be an excellent phone
but saying its the best is best left as an opinion rather than treat it as a fact...
