-SE Aino with 8 MP,SE Hazel with 5MP and SE Elm with 5MP and SE Yari with 5MP and SE XPERIA X1 with 3.2 MP and SE Xperia X10 Mini with 5 MP and SE Xperia X10 Mini PRO with 5 MP can record in VGA (640x480 resolution)
-SE Satio with 12MP and SE Xperia X10 with 8 MP,and SE Xperia X2 with 8 MP can record in WVGA (854x480 resolution)
-SE Vivaz with 8 MP and SE Vivaz PRO with 5 MP can record in HD (720p)(1280×720 resolution)

SE's camera always give you max video resolution at 320x240(QVGA) although camera res 8.1MP.. Whereas Nokia's video resolution already reach VGA @30 fps at camera res 3.2MP, and LG's 5MP reaches VGA @30fps.. I think that camera above 3.2MP will not be too necessary, the main thing should be improved is the video res..

Please help me with my phone... i bought this phone 3 mos. ago... when im from the Philippines...
when i go to one place to another my phone simply goes inactive... and i cant receive any call or msges or even make one.... pls help me... and will appreciate ur help tnx guys............

For good reliability and guarantee, don't get one. Pros are the super duper camera and picture quality, plus the sound/speakers are great, otherwise all of the potential probles outweigh the pros to me.

My second C905 model has now died with similar problems to the first model. I am now getting a totally new model phone, see u later C905. First C905 handset began having problems with the screen distorting colours and then going black and would not come back up for ages. Would turn it off and then would not be able to turn it back on. Went in for repairs, came back and then started experiencing the same problems after a wk only. Then anytime it would need to be switched on it would say that I could not charged as I needed a sony ericsson battery (?!) and no network coverage and I needed to insert a new sim. Got sent a replace model and overtime (a few months), slowly started experiencing ALL of these problems until once again, I cannot turn it on (saying it can't charge, need a sony ericsson battery, new sim, etc). I can't believe how painful this phone has been. Now getting a damn nokia after years of sony ericsson, only coz it is one of the only phones of similar price to my plan intitially made with the C905. Stupid, evil phone.

Can't believe ppl still buy this buggy fault riddled phone, and I can't belive SE have the cheek to palm it off on unsuspecting buyers!

I've had this phone for less than a week. In the past week I've discovered that there is a faulty button which only works when it is not slided (when I first got it, only worked when it was slided), and the speaker doesnt work unless I put it on loud speaker first.
Other than that, the phone is great. I guess.

Recently debranded a C905a for a friend and used it for a few days. Wonderful phone and excellent camera, but with two (or three depending on how you read this) major drawbacks:
*Keypad is small and non-tactile. The d-pad has sharp edges and the 6 buttons on either side of it are, again, non-tactile. I had to look at the phone to be certain I was pressing the right keys.
Playing the pre-installed tennis game (I really enjoyed it) was made more difficult because the phone wanted to slide open when I pressed up on the D-pad if I didn't hold the phone firmly closed. I assume this would be a problem for all games that don't use the acceleromater.
*Fastport and Sony M2 memory. I didn't buy this phone, or the Elm (another very excellent feature phone) specifically because of the Fastport. Is it really so hard to put a 3.5mm headphone jack and a mini/micro USB port on the SE phones?
Other than those 2 (or 3) problems, the phone is great. Call quality was excellent. Screen was easily legible in the sun. Loudspeaker was clear for calls and video;music was a little off. Also liked that you could do old-fashioned or conversational style texting.
Battery life is a day with 3G on and light-moderate data use, moderate texting, 1-2 hours of gaming, and 2-3 hours of talk. I got better battery life (about 1.5 to 2 days before charging) with 3G off and using WiFi for a couple hours a day, with everything else being the same as above.

hi,i boought this phone 2 m ago,his picture is perfect,but i have a problem now that someone have send to me a game via bluetooth called tank,initially i have heard sound of bomb explosion,but now i can not hear any sound while playing,so please can u help me how can i manage it ????

hi........frens cn u help me!!!!!!! actuly i hvn't purchaed any sony ericsson mobile yet but hv heard a lot about its battery and features.some people say that battery of sony phones suck a lot and they even do not support any softwares or themes. i like this c905 bt am worrried abt its fetures and life. can anyone tell me that what wud b better for me as i need a phone with grt durability. plsssss suggest me........all replys are welcomed......thank u.......

If a SE C905 software crashed, try that:
1) Battery out (take it out 2-3 minutes).
2) Memory card out (battery out all time first).
3) Battery in.
4) Switch the phone (it takes ca 2 minutes and phone
installed new theme).
5) If menu working and phone find network, surf in menu, contacts, applications, try Wi-Fi and games.
(if menu not worked - ITS BLACK SCREEN and you loose
contacts, codes and messages saved in the phone, games and applications saved on memory card and software need reinstalling).
6) Switch off the phone.
7) Battery out.
8) Memory card in.
9) Battery in.
10) Switch the phone (it takes ca 3 - 4 minutes).
11) If a phone work - good, if not - reinstall software.
Overall - its very good phone but take it careful.
Dont install in that phone programs like "smart
dicharge battery" or something analog.
