Bought the Sony elm a week back. Tried connecting it to the the Nokia BH-108 (bluetooth headset) but "connect". Compatibility issue?

I have bought my SE Elm on the 1st week of this month for Php 9,950. The first impression I have the moment I used it, is that the display is very dim. Even if the brightness is now changed to 100%, but still it doesn't match my old W705.
There are lots of revision on the user interface on latest batch of SE units including Elm, compared to my W705 and other models with similar UI. I liked how SE managed to change the Music Player interface, and how they added styles on the visualization for the music player. I also liked the functionality being used for the D-pad while playing on the music player, especially the arrow up button which is used to navigate other submenus of the media menu,like photo video, etc while navigating from the music submenu.
I also like the messaging functionality being changed, very similar to Nokia's S40 messaging style. One thing I liked is "*" keypad's functionality, where you can see the symbols you wanted to insert on your text, in which the original function was to change to case of the letter i.e. uppercase or lowercase.
The keypads are very comfortable to use, there is a rare chance of mistyping due to its well spaced, and large enough keypads.
The volume is loud enough to hear, that is opposite to my W705 which is clearly low. Manual setting is not present in this model, but don't worry there is mega bass. However, audio quality on this unit losses its ground to W705 which is superbly clear.
The camera is quite good enough, but image stabilization is not present this model as well as ISO setting which is present in my 3 year old K850. Image quality is not good especially indoors, the picture turns to be pale when there is not enough light.
Overall impression is positive on this model, especially on this price range with all the functionalities present.

Sometimes when someone call or msg me the no. (already stored) shows the no. not the name.
Bluetooth connectivity is not with every device and cell hangs sometimes.
why it happens?? Some Remedies

Jus on curiosity posting the question , y doesnt SE come out with phones which has better capacity when it comes to address book .

Anonymous, 15 Oct 2010What do you mean with modified the sound driver?Any SE cell has sound, display and camera drivers jus like our computers.
This files are the reason for the ultra clear display, excellent sound and pictures in your cell.
By default this are good but if you want dat extra pimp or wanna get the best out of your SE hardware i.e handset, many modders have modified the Original files to give the best possible output from ur cell.
As u might have seen my screen shots of cell u may come to know the font customization.

For all d folks who want to try out or need review on this cell here it is....
i m using this cell since past 3 months or so.
this cell is sturdy, well built and has gr8 eye catchin "human curvature design".
typing on the keys is very gud.
wen u use it u will feel little slow as compared to older SE cells dat is due to the transition effects of the menu which unfortunate can't be turned off.
screen quality is gr8 but brightness is not upto the mark as it is a energy conscious cell.
sound quality is gud thru headphones but not that loud thru speaker.
BUT
the cons of SCREEN BRIGHTNESS,SOUND QUALITY can be corrected by MODDING YOUR CELL and believe me your cell will rock.
Right now i m using custom sound drivers, camera drivers and display drivers for my cell.
Previously my cell's camera clicked nice sharp images of around 400-700KB depending on the light conditions.
With this modified drivers i m getting normal 1-2MB of photos wid absolute sharpness,brightness and without any blue, violet lines as mentioned by other users.
Sound output is very loud thru speaker as well as of a walkman quality thru headphones with much more loudness.

Beautiful phone!!!!
Bought it a month ago and very very pleased with its features..
Pros:
Amazing battery life.. With normal usage it can come up 3 days (almost discharge level)
Internet connection very good and fast..
Phone speed very good.. no hanging..
Was able to connect the phone with the datacable to the computer and use the phone as the modem to work on internet without much of setting changes.
Keypad rubber plastic look but manageable. Very good to type msgs.
Sound quality not very loud but decent enough to be heard.
Headphones also not very good.. But good quality sound.(manageable)..
(Will buy a bluetooth headset later.. so not worried)
overall rating 9.
cons:
Unable to set location in favorites while accessing google maps.
