aaa, 16 Apr 2010camera is not as much good as it is seems to be told by oth... moreGsmarena Review on the photos taken by Elm is true to be the exact photos. I taken it and the photos look perfect although in low lit situation, quality may be deteriorated due to its LED light.
The reason behind the huge 1MB photos is because Gsmarena integrated those photos with a zoom finder. Cheer =)
For the auto dimming of screen light, its because this is a Green phone, most features are meant to conserve energy. A first, I'm not really like it either, but after few uses, it work fine with my eyes. Cheer =)

hey, i'm having an awesome time wid dis phone...it has an amazing cam and provides great access to web...
its very handy and a user-freindly phon...most importantly, very economic!!!

Hi,
I am having very bad experience of SE ELM, this phone is having 5 MP cam but in worth it is not more than 1.3 MP.
And also call get disconnected frequently..

hey guys, anybody having a problem with video calling?? everytime i try to make a video call it says video call failed try again!! i wonder is the device that i have problamatic or its the actual model?? please help me out with this issue. thanx.

Just checked the specifications, and the SAR value is 1.22, which is too high.
Rest all features looks neat and fine, but with this high SAR it is not for me.

Mutahir, 15 Apr 2010No USB cable, Slow GPS, Auto rotate does not always work an... more"No touch screen"; that's not a complaint about this phone, look elsewhere. It's like saying that all notebooks should be 17 inches or more, or all cars should have 4-wheel drive. Not always necessary, and when they are, they suit different people. It's refreshing to see a good 5MP Wi-Fi phones with A-GPS and being DLNA certified that are not touch screen. Instead they are very good value.
Someone else was comparing with the Nokia C5, also a very nice phone. Yes, that one has 3.5 mm audio jack and OVI maps, on the other hand not a 5MP camera and no Wi-Fi etc. You can't have everything in this price range, it's your choice. Besides, many people use Bluetooth, thus not using the 3.5 mm jack.

camera is not as much good as it is seems to be told by others, i think gsmarena review also put some other photos on the name of elm. If you download the photo from site it weights about 1.2mb while if you yourself click a photo from camera even on 5mp resolution it hardly weights about 500kb, what a huge difference!! and why!! also have some issue on auto dimming of screen light on tilting the screen, i don't like this feature.
