Hii, i am using this phone (j10i2 emi) for the last 7-8 month everything is going well but i would like know that this phone not secondary camera so how will we do 3g or video call if we call video call or using 3g so i have to turn my phone on that time so how can i see or view to caller... please tell me... how..

I've used the SE Elm for the past 1,5 years. The phone has turned out to be a bit of a let down. The operating system is slow! Especially when opening/closing simple apps like Gmail. There is a built in widget thing going on that you can't delete, also makes the phone crawl. It has wi-fi, but often it can't connect. 3G connection also often fails. Music player is also terrible to work with (you can't just play a folder, wtf!) and very slow. Same goes for image viewer. To close it, battery life is way too short for a dumbphone.
I enjoyed the SE W800 way more. It lived up to it's purpose. Elm fails in too many ways. I now have a Xperia Ray for the same money the Elm cost me. Way better.

camera colors are weird at night.. kinda dark. my old w595 cam is better at night.

i bought this phone ... i like t but i have serious problem concerning call if anyone could help and make my day ...there's not call duration for every call ... it is a disaster for me ... plus i need to cancel summary after call and i don't know how ..... Except for these major problems,,, i like my elm mob ....thank you

1) Buy USB cable
2) Set your phone mode to USB Storage and plug cable to your phone
3) Your phone will enter mass storage mode
4) Defrag your phone using Disk Defragmenter (on Windows 7, XP)
5) Disconnect and wait for phone restart.
Done.
One of the reasons, Elm doesn't have any Defrag software (never found it so far). So you'll have to defrag manually. Delete data only is useless, at least your phone must defrag every 6 months. Also if necessary format your micro SD card because all Google Map cache is store on it.

rohan, 16 Apr 2012hi i m using this phone for a year.all is working well exce... moreoh thats my problem as well . although i can locate or search wifi connection but everytime i will try to connect to the net. it will have a promt
" connect using mobile networks "
so what happen is everytime i try to connect i will be charge because the one that my phone will use is the network connection. which is costly.
cant anyone help us....

hi i m using this phone for a year.all is working well except wi-fi.whenever i try to connet my wi-fi network with other it doent connet.twice or thrice it got connected.but problem perists.i showed it to the sony care centre there it got connected.i also updated my software.
Can anyone tell me whats d problem is?

I am very happy with this SE Elm...except the camera function, although picture quality is superb but digital zoom is not available in MP mode. If u have nice headphone sound quality is superb, GPS is up to the mark..even google map works on internal GPS if u have data plan. Battery last 3 days (i have to attend call 1/1.5 hour daily)this phone full fill my all requirement, previous i own K790i, it serve me 5 consecutive years. I never try any other brand than Sony Ericsson, is the best for me, but i don't like touch, slider and flip, so i hope in future Sony will relaunch nice bar phone with keypad like Elm.

I've had my Elm for about 1,5 years now, but it has started to become awfully slow! It takes like 10 sec to open my inbox and 5 sec to unlock it!
I only have a few songs and fotos on it, and I regularly delete my old messages.
When I brought it there was no delay and it worked perfectly.
Have anyone experienced the same thing?
