I have had the phone for nearly a year now and it has been sent to service twice.
The sound quality is extremely poor and the phone keeps rebooting. Even though the firmware it up to date and it has been at service.
Please note, that I only use the phone for calls, sms and sometime taking a picture - so the phone is pretty much standard.
I previously had the W810i which I loved so much - the G502 is so bad. Don't buy it! :-(

i love my phone the camera resolution is great w/ a good internal memry ..but cnt provide LCD to my phone for replacement pls help find LCD for this unit

a2 uploader is a application for pc used to add files to phone. search any online store such as rapidshare or 4shared for a2uploader and firmwares of various languages, custom pack and patches.
just google for help for doing this.

had this phone for like 2years now not a problem
phone is just one of the best i ever had next to samsung d600
if you are using 3g switch to normal gsm mode and you will see diference in battery life

To all those people who are having problem because of the phone restarts very often, update your phone by visiting SE website and Download the Update Service and update your phone and restarting problem is solved =)
