faisal , 05 Jul 2009why camera not zoom almost all of the sony ericsson phones camera are not zooming while in youre mega pixel mode, you can only use the digital zoom while youre at the VGA mode in camera settings,, thats because when youre using zoom functions before capturing the picture it only reduces the pixels bec cellphones cameras doesent have a huge lens like digital cameras,, so sony ericsson wants that if you take a shot youre really get the 2 or 1 megapixel glory

1.camera only zoom in vga mode.
2.mp3 ringtone:menu,organizer,file manager,music,choose your mp3 file,option,use as ringtone.no 3.5 mm jack.

syafiq, 29 Jun 2009another question, what item are included in the package? an... moreyou don't have memory card in the buying package. you don't have even an usb cable. i have my own g502 and i love it. it's very cool and you can do lots of things with it.

i think there is some problem in connecting incoming calls. ie in the answer key.

this phone is superb!! I use it for almost 8 months now & doesent have a problem,, very reliable phone,, drop it many times & still working,, its very reliable, ihave a C905, K850i, W595, that phones were laggy specially the crapt C905!! i just buy G502 for browsing & it is great, fast no lag internet no hang ups,, unlike those models, this phone has the same new software like the newer models,, great value for money,, now i put 8gigabyte M2 Still no problem,, the only flaw of this phone was the screen under the direct sunlight will be washed out & when you remove the battery you will set the date & time again,, but nonetheless it very good reliable fast phone,, I would recomend it to anyone!!!!

syafiq, 01 Jul 2009do we need to connect to the internet to use the google map... moregoogle maps is not a free application. it requires internet connection, so your balance will be deducted if you wanna use it.
