It will increase battery consumption enormously, more so when your provider does not offer G3 at all. In the network options choose GSM, and standby time will increase up to five times. :)

I own this phone and its good in this price range only problem is its silver keys pells off.

oh theres a lot of complaints abt ds phone.guyz i recommend that u get k660i instead of ds one..k660i is a lot lot better than g502

Did you really use video call? i don't think so.. 3G is for internet browsing.

I have had this phone for one week now, and i already consider to sell it... It's not that slow as i thought it would be, but the sound quality is veryyy poor! Messaging interface is not nice, and it makes noisy when i press on the keys, thats annoying. The handset is light, which makes it feel like cheap, at least thats what i think.

i bought this phone 2 months ago and it sucks. it hangs or crashes literally everyday. i'm actually getting used to it. the phone is also VERY slow! especially when searching for contacts. if you are in a rush in composing an sms, goodluck! sending messages to groups also causes this thing to crash. sometimes, there's no reason at all. the silver keypag chips off too which is very annoying as it makes your phone look old and worn off. I'm a fan of sony ericsson but now i'm having second thoughts about it. I've heard that their new phones hangs a lot more frequently nowadays.
