i bought a week ago the battery normally says 33 hrs for music but mine drains in 1 day is it manufacture defect and the headphones are too bad it slips off easily and sounds bad

Hi guyz.....
When I am going to transfer some huge files from phone to memory card, phone get stuck and disconnects the memory card... Some times, after I took a photo, it get stuck due to this problem...
Itz not happening all the time, but most of the time its happening...
When you restart the phone, mem. card connects again...
Sometimes, I can't transfer files from the pc to phone as well. If you transfer a folder of songs, transferring get stuck. Even at the USB Mass Storage Mode...
It gives a very bad impression on my loving phone...
Same thing has happened to one of my frnd too... :(

This is a very nice feature rich phone.I have been using for 2 months no prob found very stylish and userfriendly mobile.Those who need a feature rich mobile with a good battery life this one is best...
