So Better option, Buy BSNL 3G sim card (Currently BSNL 3G signal only @ districts and metro Cities Only), so u will get 1MBPS Speed

hello friends, i connected our naite mobile with pc for browsing i get download speed of only 2 to 3 kilo bytes per second with full network signal.. i am using airtel network. pls some one help me to get more speed.. thanks in advance..

hi friends i bought this mobile 2 days back.. I really thank for your comment on this mobile.. Naite is really a fantastic mobile.. i bought this mobile at the price of 6100.. location service is very nice.. Browsing in mobile browser really nice, but i refer opera browser for faster experience.. ear piece is avg only but still sound clarity is very good. video quality very superb.. battery is normal.. big screen is too good.. Remote control facility is really nice.. faster accessing even 3 application running in background.. look very stylish.. over all the best mobile in a best price.. people who thinking to buy a mobile with a budget of 6500Rs just go for this mobile without any hesitation.. one more thing the signal capturing is really good. but i cant able to get full reception but still i dont loss full signal.. i will post more comments further..

rakesh, 28 Mar 2010try opera browser beta 2 speciall designed by opera for son... moreI don't know about Opera beta2... But for me Opera Mobile for S60 symbian platform is the best and by far the most full featured browser available for my phone. And it sure gets my job done... Multiple tabbed browsing, homescreen widgets, an inbuilt download manager, flash support, you name it I've got it... Apparantly, as I've said earlier, the limitations of java apps are due to the availability of java libraries and the total memory or RAM allocated for the java engine to run the applications.
And mind you that my 5233 can run all the java apps just as well as your Naite.... But java apps are like kids toy compared to the capabilities of SIS or SISX apps.
it also give me a great deal of satisfaction to think that the same s60 platform is under the hood of the more expensive counter parts like 5800, n97, n97mini... So almost anything that works on the n97 should work on mine too and all I paid for is just a little extra than Naite...
3G or no 3G... It doesn't matter as long as 5233 is a full fledged smartphone and complete entertainment device.
I know that everything you say woud change if you got your hands on one of this babies..

I did not have 3G connectivity so I had to be content with the normal EDGE speed which still is pretty impressive at 30Kbps(kilo bytes) which I get without any fuss on my airtel GPRS which costs me just 14Rs for 3 days worth of unlimited usage...
At that moment, I was quite busy downloading a full length movie using my Symtorrent bittorrent client while showing off some of my captured video files on the brilliant widescreen display. As she requested, I gladly switched my task to Opera Mobile web browser which is a symbian application and thanks to superior multitasking capabilities on my phone, It was done like a piece of cake. My poor friend though with 3g speeds found himself dumbstruck as most of the content on the website was flash and java based. Well thanks to my Opera mobile, I was able to view almost all the content on the website without much of a trouble and thanks to the brilliant 3.2 inch touch screen and the ability to find a particular text within a web page, I was able to pull it off quite easily.
The moral of the story being, Slow and steady always wins the race and at the end of the day, the slower but smarter turtle won the race.

Navin told him "yes" why not i have nokia 5233, plz wait for one minute i am open internet browser(2G network siow internet), now from back side of NAVIN a loud and polite sound come "ANITA U GOT 123 all india rank CONGRATULATION"
DO u know on back side of NAVIN HOW is?

Now me(naite, looking avarage) and ANITA are good FRiend and i gift her naite
ANITA and me alwyas use 3G video calling facility and watch Utaran, BaLIKa VAdhu and DLF IPL Cricket on 3GTV of NAite anyware in Park or Restaurent.

Hi all friends!
Especially for dear Rakesh and Nevin I am comparing 5233 and Naite.
5233 : good music quality but not much louder with speaker, 2 mp cam but no led flash, VGA @30 fps video but colors are not too perfect in video, 3.2" nHD touchscreen, youtuble flash support, No 3g, smart phone so better gaming experience + motion sensor, No memory card or USB data cable in box.
Sony Naite: Very good 2 mp camera + led flash, qvga @15 fps video recording, flash themes (Lively background), 3g with video calling +3gtv support, some good applications availabe which dont support nokia eg: facewarp, 2.2" Qvga screen, good loudspeaker volume, comes with great headphones, and 2 gb memory card, support multitasking.

S.E. Naite price Rs 6,200 (~92 euro) in Varanasi.
Nokia 5233 price Rs 7,200 (~107 euro), but you have to purchase seprate memory cards, Usb data caple and because supplied earphone is too poor, you have to purchase seprate headphone. Thease goodies costs you Rs 800 - 1,300 (or much higher). So 5233 total costs about 8,200rs.

So in Rs 6200 , Naite is a good phone, no nokia can compete it in this price.
