this phone is brilliant. i start using this in 2007 and still using it until now. still in good condition, but the screen has dots.

i am using k550i from last 06 yrs it is more usfull to me, it can store phone memory for 2500 contact and it is usfull to me i want to purchase new brand k550i again as earlist you can send me

i use tis phone allmost3 years it every things is gook except camera....after 1 year the camere has maney sport has arrived

that dot you see is a dead pixel on your screen. it needs to replace new screen for your cellphone.

Hi all, I have been using K550i for almost 2.5 years.. every this is so nice and only problem is i see blue dots on my screen, i tat it would go off after some time.. but its almost months those dots were still der.. Plz can any one suggest me..

I bought this phone in August 2007 and have been using it ever since. Almost 3 years with very few problems.
The camera is decent for a phone, though not great at night.
The LED flash acts as a fantastic torch (it has been very useful, especially in a few sticky situations in the dark)
The music player is simple but effective. I haven't had any trouble with it.
This phone is a beast! I've dropped it so many times with no problems.
I don't find the buttons uncomfortable at all.
It takes themes for the menu backround, which I like.
The only issue I have with this phone is that it uses iMode. This means it has its own type of Java which downloadable games/web browsers aren't compatible with. If you were to buy this phone, get the K550i, not the K550im.

this phone label in cyber shot, but it have't cyber shot.and full charge battery going on only 6 hours .

there is no other option for the blue dot problem except the advice for the change of lcd screen..

the blue dot automatically give away after some time if you user press the screen or keep it in a pressure so the blue dot come so keep 550 is hard case when in your pocket...
