This phone is really slow, especially the internet. Even it is using HSDPA connection. It keep lagging when i surf on the internet.When it is used as modem for computer, it getting more worse, it use about 10 minute to load a simple webpage.

i have installed app. OM 4.1 too.(in my app. folder)

I've double clicked it, the app didn't want to open. No SE PCSuite processes inside Task Manager. I have no PCSuite installed except SE's PCSuite

I thing k630 more faster than k660.
i like running fast...
it's just compare for twin brother(k630 and k660).

This is a superb handset offering a lot of technology for a remarkable price. It is hoped that the K660i is a first in a new range of devices by Sony Ericsson and other manufacturers that are designed like this first and foremost as an internet focused device with a great browser. As recent research is indicating, more and more people are using their mobiles for browsing the internet. Quite frankly it is unacceptable in the middle of 2008 for the vast majority of devices to continue to have appalling default browsers that compress the pages and make web surfing an unpleasant experience. Quite a lot of HSDPA devices still have browsers with great limitations. Let's hope this start to change right now.

Sunardy, 29 Jul 2008K660 rocks .... it's cheap, small, handy and easy to run an... moredoes ur pc suite work well in ur computer? my pc suite can't work in my comp. i have v3.1 (from the box) and v3.2 (downloaded from SE's site), and both can't work. i've installed .net framework v2, adequate disk space, and 949 MHz on an AMD athlon XP Based proc w/ winXP Prof. it couldn't give any respond when i execute the app. i've tried at pentium m w/ 1,8 GHz, and it didn't give any respone either. does somebody can solve my problem? i can't surf internet via HSDPA...

K660 rocks .... it's cheap, small, handy and easy to run any J2ME application (java mobile edition). PC suite for Sony Ericsson really good, simple, easy to use and it doesn't eat pc memory like pc suite for nokia.
What the most i like about K660 is their mailbox, we can use POP and SMTP. Nice works.

But U can try it at Menu > Settings > In General Tab, select Update Service, then select Search for Update. Well, I need the latest s/w... In order to improve the performance. SE! Pls make my phone better!

But I haven't get the latest s/w for my k660i. The bugs in my phone sometimes are annoying me. Sometimes the activity menu couldn't be opened after use the java apps. But the overall performance is good for me. Never hung. I don't know how if I upgrade the M2. I hope everything will work well

shucks, i bought this phone when it was still new, and never gotten to choose the colors,I chose wine on black, but then I saw Cyan on black.............which looks better by the way
