I have the phone, and just today, i haft to send it to reparation number 2. i had problems with it, and it has been in an be repaired 2 times.

im in between with SE k850 and w960.i love both of the style.but when i read both of the comments from these two phones they werent very convincing.help me.just need ur opinion.thnx.=)

Dani, 02 Jan 2009Thats nice of Orange..thats why i like Orange's customer se... moreif i unscrewed it all and just reconnected the screen or somethign im sure it is fixable but is there really much point? if i get a new phone on monday then i see little point.
i guess it would be a great backup in case the HD packed up which i suspect it probably will!
and yes, orange customer service is actually very very good. better than 3! eugh!

provLeMado, 03 Jan 2009FroM n9Wd.. ,.i also encounter this case in my k850i just ... moresome phone updates are limited to some countries only so when u wanna update ur phone firmware u better select the correct official web site for your country or area . this is because different countris supports different networks . installing an update that is released for a different location should hang ur phone or give trouble with networks . (im not 100 precent sure about this) but in ur case it seems like the update havent been finished properly i recommend u to update the firmware again or take it to the nearest s.e. dealer or to where u brought it from .

hey everyones, recently i buy a SE k850i and it takes a very good pictures but i have a problem with the flash, sometimes don`t charge and the resultant picture is a black screenshot, and sometimes happens the same with the red-eye reduction, the phone has to take 3 strobe flash and take the picture but has the same problem: the flash light of the Xenon bulb is not present! what can i do?

it downloads the updates and then installs them on the phone but after the installation is completed,the update software says that "the phone software is up-to-date"..
,.when i check the software of my phone,i have R1EA031 and not R1FA035
,.what is the prObLem?
,.do the updates have to do with what country you are in?..please help.

Orange gave me the HD for free because im so 'loyal' lol. how nice of them.
