Interestingly, I m a happy k850 user n using it for 1 year now. I think u have to care for ur set right (this set is not for rough users) and not always look for care center repairs. The only problm i had was the keyboard pad giving way which i superglued myself (common sense u see) n its fine. Pictures are more natural (read not oversaturated like other brands), u need to keep the clear lens fingerprint free. The latest update makes the device more stable. Hope this helps possible buyers. Dont go on negative posts. If u want a good cam phone,go for it. Better n cheaper than c902 (esp night shots)

... moreyes i know, but they are useful substitutes.
also carrying around lots of little devices is effort. why would i wanna do that. on a daily basis, everything my phone does, it does to a satisfactory standard

this phone was really bad for me and sony ericsson wouldnt take it back :( its not fair and now i have a broken phone that is no good and it cost alot of money :(

i have this phone, i think that it is good allthough the camera is rubbish and can be out performed by my mothers nokia 6288 wich is only 2megapixel, the battery is also very poor!!!! 2 days and i only use it for txting!! this phone is very poor along side my n73
i just wish i had stayed with nokia
does anybody else have issues with the battery????

I dont like dis phone at all. I lost my P1i three monts ago. Now I have to work with this piece of cr@p. It already broke. The touch buttons dont work anymore. I fear i might have o go back to nokia. This k850 has ruined my whole pleasent experieces i'v had with my previeous sony ericssons. (Java sucks too)

I am using this phone. And it is amazing .It is better than N95 and N73 etc. Its sound is stereo with loud speaker as well as with handsfree. With handsfree it gives iPod like sound as a deck with equilizer. I am having no problem. And its camera is great and has wonderful picture effects.
I have the quick silver black and it is better than the others.
THis phone is rocking ! ! ! ! ! ! !

K850 it's a great phone, really. BUT the minus is materials made from mirror, it will leave your fingerprints even when you type a message.

if you want Multimedia why not just buy a iPod Touch?

Having those features on your phone e.g. Wi-Fi, MP3 player, Camera, GPS are there for CONVIENIENCE and convienience only!
if you have an iPod, a great digital camera, a TomTom ..
why you gonna use your phone for everything if you have all that already?

a Mobile Phone is a PHONE ......yeah it might sound old fashioned but thats what there best at ..
so please dont brag about N95's features all the time, hardly anyone needs them and plus standalone devices are better.
the K850i is the best to use a PHONE in this price, its great becuase it has a Great User-Interface, Excellent battery life, good voice and sound quality - thats what makes all SE's great PHONES.
