          I have this phone for very long time and I think that this is a very good phone. Camera is great,the sound is excelent, touch screen is good...I dont understand why are so many bad coments about this phone...

              I have been using K850i for the last 1.5 years.
              Its far more better than those slides and flips. Specialy the half touch half manual is good in it.
              The problem of hanging up for 1min does exist but its due to harsh usage.The hanging of phones iz common as it does happen wid all other phones rather far expensive den k850.
              Overall its the best cell phone i ever have

                  Have used the K850i's for 2 years now for our work phones (call center helpline). They are a good phone, very ropbust but unfortuantly the software does freeze up alot after the first 6 months. It usually takes about a minute to unfreeze itself or just reboot it by taking the battery out. The shortcuts also do activate when your on the phone cause your cheek or ear touche's it. Overall good phone it it had the right software on it. Good pics and video too. 7/10

                        Do it yourselve, it's really easy. You can get a LCD screen from ebay which cost approximately USD$10. The link below will show you how to get do it.

                        For the screwdrivers/tools, you can get it at DIY shops or request for it from the ebay dealer. It wouldn't cost much too, for you info.

                              This is a very beautiful phone.I have one major problem with it.The touch buttons dont work properly.Too expensive for nothing

                                This phone is a soldier! i used to kick mine around all the time and never had any problems. great camera too.

                                  Hi to all.

                                  Regarding the issue of screen shutting off when the button is pressed is due to the POOR positioning of the LCD's flex-cable. FYI: to elaborate, the LCD's flex-cable was lay over the CPU's protective metal housing, right at the sharp edge. The key button no.4 and left-button is right above the flex-cable, therefore after prolonged use, the conductors of the flex-cable breaks.

                                  Once this condition happen, the only way of solving it is a replacement of the LCD.

                                  K850, a good phone that was purposely made to spoil easily. (*so that we pay more, and they get more)

                                    i agree with nati. i've only had mine for, like, 9 mos. and it's starting to let me down. T_T

                                    Just a week ago, I brought it to the service center to have it repaired... again. When I press the buttons, the screen just shuts off and it got freakin' annoying! I can't use it at all. T_T

                                    I also had it repaired last month because I got BROD. Now I'm wondering if I should replace my phone with another SE. Specs are good but I'm wondering about it's durability. It's sad because SE makes really good phones. T_T

                                      After less then 1 year of usage:
                                      - the phone suddenly turns off
                                      - the software is very slow
                                      - and during the calls the touch pad keeps active, starting shortcuts.
                                      I really hate this phone.
