how is it better than the n95 or the n82.
the photos are completely washed out, its stupid. and then the video camera records at an embarrasing resolution.
my n95 takes absolutely fa
ntastic photos in daylight, ones which the k850 could never match!

Im using this phone for 1 & half month now its the best sony ericsson's k serie phone ever it beats the n95 & n82 but you have to know the right picture settings to put in different places but i wonder whats the up coming k serie phone will be?
Does will have an optical zoom,wifi & Carl zeiss lens?

I'm fine. ^_^ Just fine.
I'm into a forum about K850i firmware.
People there have different opinions about this model - others say it's totally junk, others say they perfectly don't have bugs of any sort and are happier than I am IMO.

And the supposedly new firmware isn't available yet when SE said it was scheduled to be(or should have been) available last month.
I'm waiting for the new firmware not because of fixing bugs but because of the new animation that occurs when you're viewing photos.
Kind of a big deal for me, isn't it?

The category section is part of how SE A200 phones handle the inbox and outbox. There are actually four ways of organizing them - by date, by contact(by name), non-organized (as it is), and by category.
The category section is subdivided into more category options - home, work, personal, etc.
These options can be assigned in a specific message i.e. if you do not assign your inbox messages into any category, sorting your inbox in category will not take effect.
Mine are categorized by date, so I always see folders with titles; today, yesterday, friday...last week, last month, 2 months ago etc.
If categorized by contacts, you will see the title of folders as the name of the person you sent/received message to/from
Of course, the more messages you have (mine has 1500+ messages inbox alone) the more time the phone takes to sort out your messages, so please do erase some unwanted messages for better phone performance.

but junkyskunky, the g810 basically is similar to the n95, the difference being, the n95 came out 2 years ago! if samsung can only just release that now, surely it shows how far ahead nokia are?

it aint never was about the brand but the actual unit itself...
never mattered if its SE or Nokia...
look at samsung G810...magnificent piece of mobile functionality...cam wise,design wise...
SEx1 is gonna reign no doubt if nokia cant come up with a better blueprint ...

I have my eyes on this phone. I think you shouldn't compare this phone to the N95. I think there is a big diff between these two phones. I love sony ericsson phones. Should i get this phone?

Had this for a while and its one of the worst phones ive ever used. The camera is horrible. Ive dnt recommend this phone.

my Head says get SE K850i/W960i
my heart says get N95 8GB

i had the sony ericsson k850i for 1 month,the best handset ive had in along time, i would recommend it to everyone, the only thing that i would say takes some getting used to is the keypad but after 2-3 days it easy, its avaible from the bottom end tariffs free of charge on o2, call them up and ask them for it any problems or querys email me

i dont really like this phone. the first few days when i got this phone, i thought it was best phone ever that i have ever bought. but in the end this phone disappointed me. it always hang and i have to restart and the touch buttons isnt sensitive enough. and recently my phone went crazy, the middle touch button spoilt it kept on pressing on its own. my cousin and my friend got this phone and they send it for repair after they bought it. now i would prefer to get LG viwety (NOTE: MY PHONE IS K850i)
