Ive had the k850i about 4 weeks and finding it all good and using the 8gb card from mobymemory.com .
The only thing about s/e is thier video quality.The k850i has a good refresh rate but can look pixelly on playback plus all the videos ive collected over the years do no seem to look right wen played its as if the k850i has got the alignment wrong and the best way to describe this is the staircase effect..Their is no way after the 50 odd phones ive owned that have played the exact same video correctly that the se people cannot fix it is a software problem..
I am also hapy at the 2mp mark for my snaps so wat i do with the k850 is use 3mp setting for better results as i only use 6"x4" prints but thats my choice.
I find the whole k850i easy to use as ive just returned the samsung f700i which touchscreen was very slow the k850i touch keys are A1.
THE k850i is one of the best fones ive used in 10 years and sexy looking and the video is not unusable in any way..Some may query why i dont use my n958gb well its big and ugly and the screen is not worthy of such a fantastic device it should be vga,but as ive said ive still not found my perfect mobile ..

hey.. got this fone for a while... love it... but there's one little problem... how do i wipe the spaces inbetween the buttons? its damn hard to make it shiny and clean... =X

I just got this phone, and it's awesome. I love the softkeys, the autorotate, and the fact that it has megabass. I was expecting more from the camera, though, but it was good enough for me as I can always fix the pictures on my own.

The headset used is hpm-80 and is odd because the botton half contains a unit that does the fm radio and controls the mp3 player as the w900i did not have a built in fm radio,,anyway its the top part of the head set im using just the earbuds in an adaptor that i bought from the local market but the w610i i have also has the adaptor in luscious black colour...
The headset that comes with this k850i and p990i are just not good they do not seal in your ear capturing all the sound..The sad thing is if i loose these earbuds wich ive had about 3 years i am going to have to go the same route as you to get some altho it seems a waste to buy the whole headset just to throw away the bottom bit with the radio on it but because of the inbuilt radio and mp3 controls in the hpm-80 headset it will not work with the k850i,,p990i or my w610i because the unit has extra connectors in the adaptor socket to connect radio etc and ive tried and they wont work thats why i went to market to buy adaptor..
As of yet i do not know wat to say but their maybe other headset by s/e that are up to date because the w610i i have has got earbuds but i dropped them in water and do not work and they were good just the ear adapter to plug in your ear was abit big for me but am sure ear adaptors of various sizes are available,,the w610i headset is mpm-70,and thats wat i would recommend,,hope yo can understand wat ive put but in all it seems like th hpn-70 is your best bet but others may have other suggestions

Greetings, I was wondering if anyone has had a problem with the phone having a "No netw. coverage" message on the screen after you put a 4GB microSD card into it? Even after I take the card out, I still get the message. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks a lot.

This is the best sound ive heard this year from k850i but as ive said i use w900i earbuds..The earpieces supplied with k850i are the same as wat i got with my p990i and not good at all poor sound...

i am using this with w900 earbuds and sound is excellant to me..As i love bass the set up i have can seperate low,,mid and high end sounds good whereas using same earbuds on n958gb the sound merges to much and each individual parts cannot be heard..I never use megabass its the same that was employed in sony ghettoblaster and just increases the muddiness of the bass whereas a tweak of the equaliser gives good low end bass extension..
I listen to hardcore,,rave and dance tunes and drum and bass but nearly all of my tunes never go near the uk charts..I also hate these hardcore albums and clubland albums that have emereged with the same beat all the way thru that drives you round the bend,i like the real trippy stuff...
I have never had an i-pod as ive used other options due to drm and never had a chance to listen to nokias n91 but the best sound i had in 2007 was on the samsung g600 on concert hall setting it just like being in a niteclub with that echo and surround sound,,i have heard nothing like it since 1982 in every high end piece of audio equipment i have owned and that sound in 1982 was produced by tandys own stereo seperate equaliser with surround modes..
This is the best sound ive heard this year from k850i but as ive said i use w900i the earpieces supplied with k850i are the same as wat i got with my p990i and not good at all..No arguments yet about stereo bluetooth headsets as ive yet to study and read up on them to see wats wat in that department i havnt a clue..
MY fave make since 1987 in audio is marantz but still admit i have to use 2 celestion bassbins to get the aquired bass down to 30hz..Remember in audio your not supposed to use and equaliser its supposed to be direct but thats easy to say,you have to tune it to your taste and size of room your in but for now the k850i and w900i earbuds will do for me and below are my settings
far left,,lower bass,,12 bars up from bottom
second far left,upperbass,,,zero
middle,,,11 bars up from bottom
mid to high,, 4bars up
treble,, full to the top.
I sold my g600 for the n958gb wich is a superb fone altho the screen shud be vga..My fone collection is to big and some should be sold but still i cannot find my perfect mobile,,the n82 is near but the screen is to dim and since you spend most of your time looking at it this is important..oh well maybe this year !!!

anyone has the operation failed on games and application? I think I have the problem after I set it up with cingular wap.

The audio quality is better than that of the previous cyber-shot phones, IMO
But the Walkman phones have higher acoustic and bass levels, I guess.
My reference is from experince; the w810 sound is crispier than K850, but the difference is really really hard to differentiate.
It's volume is very good too. As long as you don't lie it on its back.
That is also why one of its side has no keys, so that you could actually place it sideways on any flat surface.

as you are so knowledgable about mobile communications, why is WiFi implemented into some handsets?
I ask because you made a statement to Dani about the fact that they didn't know, so I want to know your incite into why! ;-)

I'm not big SE fan,I own toshiba 920t but check these SE w61s and w62s.they will be out in march and going to kill nokia.ps.i owned n95 and picture taken from n95 were awfull.regards
