    Hey evry1.
    I tried SEUS to solve BROD. My phone doesn't get detected by my computer. When I connect the the usb cable to the phone, there is a red light near the power button. Can anybody please help? Thanks.

Apparently, it can be solved by upgrading your phone's firmware via SEUS (sony ericsson update service). I tried doing that but my phone doesn't get detected by my computer.

                  I m facing problem with my handset from the day of purchace. Now if i call them they r saying its not in warranty period.

                  I have mailed them regarding this.

                  Read this mails :-

                  Dear Sir /Madam,

                  I was facing the problem with Sony Ericsson Moblie Handset (K- 850i) from 10th July 08, which was purchase on 14th June 2008 .

                  I requested you guys to change my handset, but all that you guys have done is change all the parts of that mobile. Today again now I m facing display problem.

                  Please suggest me shall I go to customer service center or to mobile show room to buy new mobile.

                  For last 5 yrs I am using sony ericsson handsets I have never face such problem which I have faced after purchasing Sony Ericsson K-850i.

                  Last time also they have change the display of the mobile

                  3rd time it was submitted on 14th January 2009 (after 3 month from the date of 2nd Submission)

                  1st time it was submitted on 10th July 2008 (within 25 days from the date of purchase)

                  • Joystick getting jumbled up.
                  Collected handset from Customer Service Centre on 15th July 08 (5 days I was without my mobile)
                  2nd time it was submitted on 14th Oct 2008 (after 3 month from the date of 1st Submission)

                  • Audio Problem- No audio
                  • On-off problem- Turns off by squeeze and remains off

                  Before Submitting this mobile third time to Customer Service Centre I was using it for 16 days in same condition(From 29th Dec 2008 to 14th Jan 2009).
                  These are problems which Customer Service Centre has highlighted in Job Sheets regarding my handset, but what about my problem which i have face because of this defective handset (Customer problems, as I am using this handset).
                  In this Seven month I have face lot of problems in my mobile & because of this I have also face many problems metally & physically.

                  For Submitting Mobile in Customer Service Centre:
                  If the problem is with handset, I have to submit the in customer Service centre for that I have to wait there for more than a 2 ½ hrs every time to submit my handset, as you have to be in queue to submit your mobile. I am working in a Dainik Bhaskar Group of publication my office timing is from (09.30am to 18.30pm) from Monday to Saturday .I need to submit mobile in working Hours of Customer Service Centre, so need to take a holiday or ½ day leave for submitting handset which is having problem as I have purchase it .
                  I think so this is not proper soultion to collect defective mobile handset from your Customer Service Centre, which I have submitted thrice in 7 months after facing lot of problem in my happy life.
                  I think so, you guy might be knowing what problems a person can face using this defective moblie handset for 7 months from the date of purchase(As all the problems are mentioned regarding the handsets in Job Sheet).

                    Next fone- X2 or Omnia HD.

                                hlp pls....

                                im using k850i almost for 10 months ....now im experiencing a problem....
                                when i press No 1,4,7 and the right,left,down nevigation keys
                                the display of the phone goes off(black)...n
                                only the keypad lights blinks...
                                after around 10secs, whn i press any button other than those keys...again the display works lik normal.....

                                still those key are wrking...i mean if i press down nevigation button it opens the contact even the display goes dark...

                                i installed the new firmware by "update service"
                                but still the problem continues .....

                                can any one help me pls......

                                        The phone K850 is having problem with the display. I have already spent 2500 rs. on it. Till 1 year phone was working smothly but suddenly one day the phone started giving me trouble.
