This phone is really a lemon.
Worst phone ever.
I paid a lot of money 2 download some pictures via gprs.
But a day after that all of them r gone. All my downloaded pics r erased.
What should i do now????
I'M SOOO ANGRY.
Buying this phone was my biggest mistake in my life.
What a waste of money.........

Hi der...my k850i is great,but now i have a seriuos problem with it,my phone is totaly unusefull now, coz its totaly black screen,the light of the screen is out or not functioning,it happen whenever i press the navigation key and 1, 2, 3, 4, and the rest the screen light is turn out,now its totaly black and the light never goes on and not work again,im so suck...can somebody help me?i think the problem is the bonzer flex...

hi guys, i love dis fone but i have a serious problem.d screen kips goin blank on mi and just yesterday, it went totally blank.some technicians say i have to change d screen..cud it be the screen, cos it happens weneva i press keys 1,2,3,4,5,6 and d navigational button.pls help

I'm using it only 8 months,but now my phone arrived at the repaired shop.All of us the repairer are unable to write the software.When i am open the power,the keypad & camera are lighting.i am so suck.My dad was damned on m,so please some advice give me..

i would try to update is using SEUS (sony update service) or debranding it. If its not debranded this is recommended becuz phone will be faster. search 'a2uploader debrand' or 'debranding k850' or somthing im sure youll find a tutorial somewhere. bye

joe, 25 Jul 2009the screen keeps flashing (bright light) when ever i press ... more@ joe: for the ring volume you can install a new audio driver since i doubt its a h/w problem. havent come across a flashing screen ON KEY PRESS. explain. though mostly keypad/pcb problem. search this forum for similar problems that have been solved.
@ hasan. K850 is a beauty of a phone, but its not that powerful. applying heavy themes does make it slow. crashing while installing a theme may be the fault of the theme file itself.
to both of u this is a standard piece of advice "re install the phone's firmware using software provided on the cd that came with the phone."

the screen keeps flashing (bright light) when ever i press any button and the sound out put from the speaker is very low sometimes i dont hear it ringing...what can i do? i love my k 850i

Check whether this is the same number as on your bill/receipt.

Ig u remove your battery and check below it, there is a rubber thingy which has the IMEI encoded on it (I think). It will be the same irrespective of the flashing.

i m using it for past 6 months.i m facing one problem that if i set any heavy theme on it its processing bcom slow and sometimes it restart's during processing.is there any solution 4 this.

Is there anyone out there who has installed the KD player on their K850i? I would like to have the generic orange skin replaced by downloading some through the phone but I don't know how. There was a site teaching how to do so through downloading on a PC then transferring to the phone through USB but I don't have the convenience of doing so right now. Thanks.

Thanks guys. That's what i thought but felt i should just ask cos one never knows it all. Moreso the tech guy looked ok and innocent. But he told me he just changed the screen. I have this habit of recording serial numbers of product before giving out for repairs otherwise i wouldn't have discovered the different imei number. Well, i got another phone in my phone facia now for the price of the screen.
