K850i for me is the best phone in the world

Phone looks great... too bad Sony-Ericsson is still making their phones with that stupid connector setup. Every handsfree or charger I've had for all my SE phones (three so far) have all broken. Dumb dumb dumb.

Have you ever seen a phone with a 16m color screen next to a phone with a 256k screen?
You CAN tell the HUGE difference.

I think GSMARENA made a mistake when posting the display specs for this phone. According to www.phonescoop.com the display is as follows
Type: LCD (Color TFT/TFD)
Colors: 262,144 (18-bit)
Resolution: 240 x 320 pixels
2.2 inches
Which would make more sense as this is what's in the most SE phones.
Anyways, I am looking forward to this phone it will make a great addition to my e90

You expect SE to copy Nokia's Symbian S60 edition. Well SE has UIQ 3.0 in SE W960. It is like similar to Symbian S60 but it is a SE made UI.

Not where I'm from. I work in Carphone Warehouse, and the k800i has sold much better in my area's stores than the n73. People are getting to know of the unreliability of the Nokia N Series phones with their buggy software, battery and memory problems. If the N Series phones were reliable, they'd beat everything - but the fact of the matter is you can't trust them, even with software upgrades.

i have phoned o2 as i am entitled to an upgrade and i want tha k850i as it is not out yet i askd him the date for when it comes out and his manager says 4th of october..

seems to be excellent phone, but missing wlan in a phone like this is not good, i preffer this one instead of the w960 but the lack of wlan makes this a hard desicion

You said SE cameras are not as good as Nokia. Try to take a picture in the dark with K790/K800 and any of the Nokia phones, you will see the difference.

I'm quite bored with SE mobile phone. Why they don't launch some mobiles with Symbian OS S60? As some peoples like us like some phones that's professional....isn't?
