whats so good about the iphone? 2mp camera? can only send files via bluetooth to other i phones? AMAZING. so wat, it has sum good applications big deal. sony ericsson are the best makes by far hands down!!

Thanks Guys. I really appreciate your input. However, the solution is still not in sight. Warranty has expired long ago and no S.E. store here. Am wondering if its possible to open up the keypad and clean up. That might fix the problem. Anyone knows how i can open the phone to get at the keypad?

champagne, 03 Jun 2009i own a k850. the only problem i have is i can't configure ... moresometimes k850 have prob with gprs connection.take my advice, update ur phone to latest firmware..it can solve ur prob..one more thing,keypad sensor is very2 sensitive.so touch it slowly..

i own a k850. the only problem i have is i can't configure its settings for gprs browsing. it always says "connection failure". i've tried to configure phone manually but to no avail. is this a common problem w/ this phone?

For the first ti... moreYes that is my Exact problem....I was thinking it caused by treadmil.I always put my phone in the top of my treadmil,while Im running with music on.So for my case i think the frequent constant vibration from the treadmill while Im running is causing the damage.
shortly,I sell it 100 dollar to SECusServ person, then I bought w902....

For the first ti... morei'd say get the keypad pcb checked. the problem i had was that whenever i pressed the phone body near the 7 and 9 keys the left soft key would get activated. since ur problem stems from the keypad, get the keypad checked.

hi guys .......... i have been using this phone since december 2007 ...... overall its good but i found it a bit slow ..... it would freeze when u get an incoming call when u r playing music on it or playing games ......... just think on it :)

Maybe, u dropped ur fone from a considerable height and there is some problem in the circuit. If ur fone is in warranty, get it repaired. If not, go 2 an authorised SE dealer and get it checked.

Please can anyone help tell me what to do. For the first time my phone has developed a fault. The screen goes black, i mean goes off whenever i press the keys 1 or 2 or press the directional pad left or down. Whenever this happens, leaving the phone for about 2 minutes and touching any key aside from the mentioned keys make the phone to work again but on pressing those offending keys the screen goes off again. Has anyone experienced this before and what is the solution? Thanks

and getting them free is good for SE phones but i think downloading them and then transfering them to the phone via USB is a waste of time...
N-Series phones allow downloading via the browser which is good, i got the Youtube app from the youtube website on my N95 8GB..
its all portability,
I now think downloading apps from a PC is a waste of time
