Nokia N82, may qualify as the competition for the K850i, shaped in candy-bar form-factor, having a 5 Mpix camera module, and offering built-in GPS-receiver, Wi-Fi connectivity, and again, smartphone functionality. These two products will have comparable price tags, which automatically makes them adversaries on the market.

the buttons look pretty strange, comparing to other SE phones. I'd say they better make it hidden by converting the body to slider type or the keyboard flip thing like in P990, therefor there are more space for the buttons and the 4 way joystick. my K750i looks a lot better though, I wonder if K850i hardware could just fit it in the body of K750i? hmmmm....

Thank God!!! at last a better Sony Ericsson phone for North America... I love the features and hope that it will definitly be better than Nokia N95

To be better than the N95, SE should have done a fusion between K850 and W960. I want the 5MP AND WIFI and 8GB too...I will wait till SE make a real complete phone.

SE just whooped nokia's butt again.. i have to give it to them.. they are the leaders.. i havnt tried out the phone but just lookin at the pics n specs.. i can tell its better than the Hanging Nokia N95 trash..

Well the only thing i like about this phone is the designe cause the other bricks that the SE makes arent good lookin phones, but payin a lot for a phone that is like just as a camera is a bad idea, well i suggest that u check the nokia n95 much better than this one and more features, well anyway is your money i dont care. peace
