Here are the biggest diffences between the SE M600 and the SE W950:
- M600: QWERTY keyboard and handwriting recognition / W950: telephone keys only (no handwriting recognition);
- M600: card slot for M2 Memory Stick (64 MB stick included), 80 MB shared memory / W950: 4 GB internal memory, no card slot;
- M600: HSCSD 43.2 kbps / W950: no HSCSD (3G only)

I dont see the need for a camera. If you wanna take photo get a digital camera, problem solved. I don't know why people want a camera in a phone for? The quality is nowhere near to that of a digital camera. What is missing is the WLAN.

hey guyz both fonez look slick..... but only thing missin iz da camera (same style wid camera wud sell more) hope sony doez make some more ov em lyke touchscreen fonez lookin slick with 2MP or more..........
im a SE kinda guy wont go 4 ne thing else

This is a wonderful piece. Though I am not a hifi business man, I was expecting this kinda piece for a loong time. This phone suits my needs (missing the WIFI though). Guys come on. I see many whining for a cam in this phone. I am sure sony will release another model maybe M630 with cam and scoop your pocket. K. does anybody know any details about it price/time of availability ??

3g/umts is about data speed... video conference is one of its capability. And for your additional info, GSM's data speed is far left behind from CDMA. While CDMA is start playing in 3.5 Mbps (EVDV), GSM is still working hard for 1,5 Mbps (HSDPA).

More manufacturer should look into making MORE cool business phone like this without camera. I know there are lots out there craving for camera but what about "we" who dont??
Please la, go buy a camera if wanna take picture.
Just hope functionality wise, this phone is up to expectation when its out!

It's alright that it doesn't have a camera..it's a bussiness phone though. Because nowadays many bussiness meeting is prohibiting camera.
And please fellas, it's much much beautiful than that bulky P990i. But since it's bussiness phone, why they didn't add WiFi...Hmmmm, hope next time SE should consider aboot it.

This seems to be perfect for me. It has every thing i require. And thank God finally no camera in a Business Class set. I am looking forward to buy it as soon as it is out. Can someone please tell me for exactly how long do i have to wait for it to be released. Thanks

i dont think that this phone is bad. it looks like a business class phone. for camera lovers, SE has a lot to offer. stop complaining ;)

honestly how can you dislike this phone for not having a camera? you know its targeted towards business users right? lots of companies don't allow camera phones. why do you think RIM owns the corporate market? this is a beauty of a phone. as for 3G with no videoconference, the whole idea is OBEX....get it? obviously you dont

But they are Going "SEberry" with UMTS/3G..NO EDGE or Wifi. Thats kinda confusing.3G is faster but it costs a lot as well.

It is a lovely looking phone, I think the reason they haven't added a camera is because they are doing a "blackberry".

I think its nice looking phone and has alot og good features od sony Ericsson. bad or silly point why that phone comes without cam??
If they are looking to it from marketing point they thinking in stupid way, cos customer will pay more for the features of the phon, they can increase the price according to feature or by launching anotherversion of the phone with Cam.

you know that there is more to 3g than just the camera for video conferencing right?
There are about a zillion phones out there with cameras...try those. This is something different and I think its good to think of the box for once.b

It has no camera
