I used to own P910 once and still own p800, tell you the truth, the P800 softwrae works far better than the P910. It jams up sometime but apart from that the device is great. The video resolution is far better than Nokia 9500, but the software is up to no-good. Sony-Erricson do something...Hope the new P990 is the one...

Earlier I was using Razor V3. Then bought 910I. Superb performance. HAd to read the user manual a bit carefully, but seems it is highly user friendly. Sony should have provided higher capacity memory stick alongwith the unit. The only problem is that after synchronising with your PC or Laptop, you cannot send messages. (I do not know if there is any software that is available similar to what I got for Razor).
Secondly, the pricture quality specially in the night mode is not impressive. Further improvement looks necessary.
On the whole, I am very happy with Sony 910i.

as was planning to buy 910 tomorrow...but once i read all 39 pages of user opinion i dropped my opinion.
Let me give answers to some of ur questions>
910 price is 27000 PKr so $450...its expensive.
it dont have FM radio..Shit..
looks there is some enough problem with battery life...Hun..
even at 27000 it dont have EDGE..Suck..
i dont think that a phone at this price is not having EDGe and FM and then simple camera just VGA...no..wt you think about Motorola E680i...price is just $334...with stereo 3D speaker ..with same camera..and with almost same thing..except HTML browser and office application....which i think most of us are not business person we aall are just buying it for fun...so we dont need that excel, word and PPt......but we need Fm??
about querry of model with i and c....just go to sonyericsson.com there you will find the different model model availabe in different region with just little changes.
So bottom line is i will remain with ma T610 and wait till the time some suitable mobile comes from SE!

Yeah, you need to ensure you have the instalation software set up on your lap top first of all, the handset in its cradel, now you lap top should have a plug in a play device where it automatically detects a new device, if not, that what you need. its also possible that you may have a faulty cradle!"!!

alex...
try this.. when u connect ur phone to the computer, make sure ur phone is unlocked. you know when phones have autolocks right? enter the code and make sure it's unlocked. then wait a few, then that should work.

Great phone. Successor of P910 needs to improve on speed and new resolution of between 5000 to 6000 pixels per sq. cm for a higher resolution camera. There's need for more connectivity options to beat the competition.

hi guys,i bought this fone about 3 weeks ago.works great, but the battery last only two days.the reception is strong compared to my nokia 3650 and 7610.my friend use nokia 7710,compared to this fone, nokia is a bit laggy if you stored lot of data in your mmc card. The sound of the 7710 is not bad, depends on what kind of the sounds format.7710 produce more bassy sound compared to p910 and the O2 xda2 mini.mp3 format is the best format for both fone.i spend rm1880 for this fone in malaysia.the nokia will cost rm2488 and O2 xda2 mini price is rm2500.the function of the p910i is quite good, you can edit word, excel document with this fone.the keyboard works great, but with no light on it.it is posible to use it at night.i already installed the smart movie software for this fone, the software works great on this fone.i use nokia's fone about 5 years, nokia fone also works great but in malaysia the prices are to expensive,so if you want to buy a fone choose a fone that suit your life style, this fone is worth for money,i wish the next SE p-series will be more exciting.bye guys, have a nice day.
