Hi,
well i was a frequent user of nokia phone anything new just go & get it, but once visited a promotion campaign for P900 well that was the day i started hating nokia phones, but people here say SE is complicated but i guess it is very user friendly & perfect for business & everything. I develop ma own softwares for ma phone & reciently got P910i & there is no comparison to it as far as 9300 & 9500 are concerned which have lots of software problems. But the only thing i guess laking is the camera atleast they could have got it to a mega pixal camera.

easily the best one out there. The current creme of the crop. The king of all regular and smartphones alike. Too bad, it's too rich for my blood. But that's what you get for such a sophisticated piece of gadget.
The competition are scratching their collective behinds because this SE clearly blows them all in size, features and price. Plus you the brand SONY to back you up. Nokia should go back to their drawing board and design something that can really compete with the P910. The 9500 is being retro when it comes to size. Remember the first Nokias, the 9500 is like that in size. Too sad.

Easily the most-user friendly among the smartphones with the most balanced features. The next iteration will be in my shopping list next year. I hope by that time, the screen will already be supporting 16million colors, with not higher than 1 megapixel camera with flash, much thinner profile with aluminum housing and 256 built-in memory. Keep everything else as is including the price.
Never mind the NOkia 9500 users, they know they have a "dud" phone and they know it.

A Warm Hello to all Sony-Ericsson authorities and P910 owners,
I’ve got a P910i. It’s a kind of useful all-in-one mobile phone. I think, in the future, almost all mobile phones will change in this way like a mini laptop.
Despite all its advantages, I have a little bit of a basic problem with setting Time & Date on my P910. Every two or three days, I see that its Clock is not showing the right Time, and also Date shows a day ahead. Every time such a thing happens, with the flip open, I go to the list of Applications and tap Time, and then, having chosen Set time & date, I adjust Time, AM/PM, Date, Location and everything, finalizing it by tapping Done.
Do you think there is something else I have to do to prevent this problem?
Of course, at nights, I switch my P910 totally off, not even Flight Mode. Is it possible that when P910 is switched off, its clock and calendar stop working completely as well? If yes, it would be the second surprise which strike me about P910.
The first one was that its Alarm needs P910 to be on, or on Flight Mode to start ringing. One of my expectations among others when I bought P910 was it would be a vigilant assistant for me that would never fail to wake me up early in the morning even when it is completely off just like Sony Z5, but it let me down in this regard.
I would be most grateful if you could advise me on the problem of volatile Time & Date Settings. What shall I do? Pleasssssssse Help me! I am really proud of my P910; I don’t like to face such troubles with it. I hope the Time & Date problem stems from my lack of knowledge rather than the deficiency of the system.

Hi i am ali salman this phone is the daddy of all the phones and the products of sonyericsson is much more better than nokia and all. the functions are very good colours and soundy quality is very very good.

Over the years I have had the Ericsson R-380 and many other brands of phones including Nokia. The P-910 is very useful tool and I actually don't carry a notebook computer anymore. It gives me my appointments, e-mail, tel. nos, notes and the internet at a flip. On the down side, the battery life is really BAD. If you use the features and the phone it won't even last from morning to evening. A luch time charge is essential to last until evening. The cost of additional software and a 1 GB card should be taken into account when buying the telephone. Without that it is not as useful. Handy Day,Handy Databank, WorldMate, Mobipocket Reader are some I use. The camera is not worth talking about. Furthermore, there are still some glitches with the phone software that cause it to hang at times. However, the service in India is satisfactory. Overall a great business tool and until something better comes along I rate it the best in the market as of March 2005.

p910 is the most comprehensive phone in terms of features,to make this smart phone top of all, my suggestion are as follows: -to improve screen contrast and reflection the the quality of nokia 9500.-to enable the font types to be thicker and darker for easy to read.-to allow the zoom to be able to enlarge the font bigger.- to improve on the key pad, it is far too small tb usable, alse all key pay letter and number should be white color on black background like nokia phone.

I think a higher resolution camera will boost the sales greatly and a built-in software for transferring/synchronizing SMS to PC will make it greater

Challenge to Sony Ericsson for P920.
You got a good phone. Make it better...here are a few suggestions to make it the best in the world
1) Integrate the battery with the back of the body (like the old Nokia 5110 more power ...longer battery life)
2) Integrate a satellite phone
3) Use the new Texas chip saves power
4) Have a GPS on the phone
5) Have at least a 10 GB memory Card available at a good price :)
6)Use the new LCD screen...improved color and uses less power...more efficient
7) Improve the mike and speaker on the phone

8) Camera ...higher pixel and can we rotate the same.Zeiss lense ...will be great. Also let it also double up as a scanner..Kodak got some great software on this front
9) STURDIER...the current phone is too flimsy ...drop it once and then TROUBLE. What abt a metal body..Motorola Razr leads the way.
10) Keyboard...samsung i 700 is a better design....look at it as a option. Most importantly make it back lit.
