so far this is the strongest phone i ever have because it fell so many times, i love it but i think its time to move on to something new; i guess time changest everything but i will always love u sony ericsson t230

I Don't know if it is really brand new or used?
I just bought on mall. I am having problem on signal, maybe unit problem. And having problem with GPRS, I thought it was problem with my provider but not, I discover that 2 useless screw on middle side hang which was covered by the sticker seal, so I removed it. So I was able to use the GPRS signal. But after 45 mins. unused it disappear. So I need to remove the battery and put it back, aka-akab-ra, GPRS return, then repeatly, same procedure to bring back GPRS. I am still asking for support of the Sony Ericsson website. New command for Talk n Text, SET SET230 for activation. Search for Sony Ericsson website and e-mail addresses if u have problems. GPRS and MMS signal is being purchase at the provider. Call them

i have this phone last year and i dropped it accidentaly in a flood because of rain....the screen fades away afor about 30 mins and then voila! it worked again!strong phone but poor signal

Yáll i had this phone for a little over 2 years... i drop it from a third floor, Nothing happenned just a lil scratch but works perfectly , it´s really good, sometimes it hangs, the menu it´s slow as hell.. but a very stable/solid phone for the price... in fact i´m thinking of buying the T290 i like the black color (Y) :-D

I am using this phone since last 2 years, without a single problem. This is really great phone! One thing i want to tell u is, it is slow while navigating and all. Rest of the things are fine, GPRS is cool, I have downloads many poly ringtones its relly nice. Its worth to buy. Any querys welcomed.

A good phone for those times when your in the mood for a basic talk/sms phone. Good reception with no GSM hiss. It's also stylish too. That's it; don't expect anything else because this phone won't do it. The small keypad with the hard to press keys is the only con.

this phone is ok.... but is vvveryyy SLOW! Wish the colours were brighter and the keys r 2 small i would rate it 7/10

DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE, it produces a lot of radiation. It looks good, but if you can refrain from buying it, do it. If you like sony ericsson, the z600 is pretty good, and it has low sar ratings. it's pertty cool, acutually.

It's like using an old computer( very slow ). I usually have the number completly dialed before it even registers on the screen. The biggest plus is that it's very durable. This phone fell out of my pocket at 30mph on a motorcycle and it's still going strong

The phone, is a medium down range phone, only works for simple things, i from argentina and lost signal mostrly everywhere. It's slow and sometimes crashes. I should have better bought a nokia.

i bought my cell SET230 from my husband's friend which only means second hand,why i cant connect with gprs and mms, i cant receive and send or even download some pictures, ringtones or games. i've already set the gprs and mms settings and said its already installed. but still didn't work out,the gprs still not allowed or sometimes no network. i've already asked the friend of my husband about the problem but he doesnt knew about this and he also bought the cellphone second hand.

i've had this fone for bout 3 years now. Its okay. BUt its really laggy.Ive dropped it countless times and its still going strong.
Ps... I live in Queensland, Australia :)
