Interface is user friendly, screen is big enough and also operator logo not on the centre, is at right top (will not block the wallpaper). I tried on the receiving and sending out mms, very smooth. The only problem is the battery performance but actually not really bad because I also encounter in most of the color phone. Original or compatible battery is easily available, so I bought one additional battery and the MC-30 attachment camera, I'm very happy with the phone. The display is much better than T300/T310/T68/T68i, as these models are 256 colors. Don't want to pay so muc for a phone and yet want a reasonable good good camera mms phone, Games are very nice in color and fun, not expensive and yet a good phone. Cheers to T230.

Cheap in price but really a good phone. If some people here complained about the battery peformance, just buy one extra battery and solve the problem. Mine is ok. This model is a real challenge to other lower end color mms phone. Regards.

I got one I can say that the phone is fantastic,lots of options,nice picture,ringtones sounds great.Only thing whats bad is battery,mine lasts only 2 days if I dont use it much!

Its a great phone, polyphonic ringtones soung gr8, u can download thru WAP, V-Rally 2 rocks, battery backup is good and so is signal reception. Ringtones compatible with nokia. Keypad a lil stiff. Overall a gr8 phone. Go for it

Ive been buying Alcatel cell phones for 2 years now, ive had the
Alcatel one touch 302, 311, 511, 525 and the new 332, im not that impressed with the design features as they look the same, and not very intersting games, features, ect
Then i seen Sony ericsson t230, had it for 2 weeks, amazing phone to have, can download games, more features, only weighs 79 grams, not 99 grams!!!!!!!, noting wrong with it, i recon you should look at them, havnt brough the camera yet, but im going to buy one soon
also, nokia isnt a brand i fancy, especialy the nokia 2280, its to big and bulky for the boring features on it

Great phone & a great price: Around EUR 179 if you buy it free. Only the display is bad, 101 x 80 pixels.

Basically feel great but I am feel very unlucky my set with Manufacturing defect.
One of the area near by LCD Screen area lighting from behind been go through Gray colour casing .( Something like a White Mark )Especially in Darkness night be view
obviouly.

I was very disappointed to buy this phone, mainly based on the reviews in this area. I switched over from Siemens C-62 and boy am I disappointed. PLease if you people, the ones who give their comments in this area, cannot give an honest judgement then refrain from giving BOGUS reviews. I am never going to trust the reviews / opinions of the people in this section.
The Phone is made in China, colors SUCK, and the Joy stick for menu checking requires fingers of kids. VERDICT:- GO FOR C-62, C-100, or 6610
