I've had this phone for a week and I love it! It has everything I was looking for in a phone except a GPS and a 3.5mm audio jack. It's small, lightweight and slim, yet feels solid and well-made. The numeric keypad, while small, is an ergonomic joy to use. Lovely tactile sensations. The sound quality of calls is OK, about the same as my old P990i. Sound quality of the radio or media files is poor though, as is the screen resolution (though that could be partially due to the affect of the screen protector). It makes and receives calls well with good connectivity, is easy to text on, has games, a stereo radio, a media player, a flashlight, and a decent web browser with fast Internet access and a mouse pointer. I barely know I have it in my pocket due to the small size, and would-be thieves won't see a bulge.

you were right about the advantages of this cell phone, although there are much more, but we won't go into that...
you were all wrong about the disadvantages of the cell phone:
1.as I said i think you got a broblem if it's look that bad in your computer. But you should know that the screen on your computer is bigger so thats why it looks so "bad" on your computer.
2.about the huge earphone: YOU CAN CHANGE THE EARPHONE. you can go to the nearest cell phone store and pay 15-20$ and get a better one. 20$ for earphones that are IN EAR design like when you get when you buy a cell phone from the W series at sony ericsson. buttom line those are really good.
3. you need to chek the phones speakers. because i can go on wallstreet with the phone on level 8 and i can listen to my music. and the cars are not interrupting(that's the best part)
4. it's very friendly! what are you like 93? it has the same operrating system in W995 W705 C902 C905 and K610I and K530I!! EVERY SONY ERICSSON HAS THAT OPERRATING SYSTEM. are youtrying to say that the sony ericsson classic operating system are bad and not friendly?
5.M2=MICRO SD CARD!
6. you dont know how to use the bluetooth of the cell phone its the same bluetooth on W995 and every sony ericsson!!(but those with the touch screen)
7. ONG YOU REALLY DONT KNOW HOW TO SEE THE CALL DURATION OR Use the phone generally!! after you are done making the phone call you press the red button and than on the left side at the buttom you can see the call duration!! same for the phones overall calls duration..... dude what are you 90 that you dont know how to use a cell phone? it the same operating system that all sony ericsson have including W995..
its a great cell phone for an even better price

I used to buy Samsung and Nokia. I tried Samsung E250 & U600. they was marvelous. but they have a bulky problem with Battery> I used to charge my mobile everyday and sometimes twice a day. so I decided to get Sony Erricson. I found that this T700 have no bad comments about it. and this was my mistake. I will show you now how much is this phone a crap. lets start with advantages :
1- Excellent battery. I used the both Game & Music for more than 5 hours and the phone survived for a day and half.
2- strong body with nice colors
3-high screen resolution
4- a lot of features and applications
5- high processing speed
6- high 3G Speed
7- strong flash led
8- Good Speaker Sound
Disadvantage ( DISASTERS ) :
1- the camera give you a good photos just on T700 Screen but when you see those on a PC you will find out the real performance of it which is So bad.
2- HUGE EARPHONE which I Guess that had been made specially for the HULK use. and it is useless anyway.
I hardly hear music from them with a really crap sound .
3- the Sound of the phone it self is so bad too ( not just the earphone ) the equalizer is useless and no need for it at all. it make no difference. the volume as 16 level. level 6 = level 0 in Samsung . which mean you hear nothing at all at levels 1 ,2,3,4,5 & 6. you start to hear anything at level 7.
7- not a user friendly at all. soo hard to find your way to a file located on the memory>
8- the memory slot is M2. not a micro . so hard to find a way to got your data from that memory.
9- until now I didn't succeeded at all to exchange any files using Blue tooth . I tried send or receive to Nokia , Samsung and even Laptop . NO HOPE TO SUCCEED.
10- NO CALL DURATION COUNTER AT ALL. not for the received calls. not for the dialed calls. no even for the the total time duration. you never can find out how many hours did your phone make. you never can find out how many missed did you receive from a particular one. you have one chance to see that when you see it for the first time. once you click on the red button. it will be refreshed and would never know again when and how many times or even the duration of your calls.
PLEASE NEVER BUY THIS CRAP.
MY QUESTION TO SONY ERRICSON:
HOW COULD YOU PUT JAVA AND 3G FEATURE IN A PHONE FAILED EVEN TO CALCULATE THE CALL DURATION WHICH IS A BASIC FEATURE ?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

u haven`t configure your email account fully on it just put your email id and password it will automatacally get ports and all that which it need to continue,there is also a happy news it also supports push service for gmail like black barry it means you will get your email with atachments like sms

my friends as i have mentioned in my firs opinion i am using it since three years,u can lough what i am going to say i have traied over three thousand software games tools on it and those worked so much fine even i can play or open many applications at a time with ist best minimize opention if you are nokia user you cant play music play games chat at one headset but if it is t700 hundred then u can

my friends i your t700 hundred is restarting then you should restore it once then it will work fine your default sec.code 0000 if u haven`t changed

Not good. Bad sw support. hardware too.. If yu are buying this yu will b in the custtomer service centre for days... per month.. as i am now...
