I am confused in btwn T700 & W595. T700 looks thin but the screen is smaller by 2 inches if compared with w595. Is T700 thin like W350i? Can you please explain what other feature are there in T700 so that i can decide on which one to buy immediately...

Anonymous, 25 Dec 2008How is the battery life of T700??? C'mon, we be talkin' 'bout Sony Ericsson 'ere. I got the car charger free when I bought this phone for my dad, and I doubt he'll ever need to use it. With mild or even slightly heavy usage I can guarantee that it should last a day, if not, more.
Sony Ericsson = Great Battery Life
(My dad's had it for a couple o' days now and it's holding up ;))

the t700 is an awesome phone...it has all the features u can ask for n is cheap for the facilities it has....moreover it is very slim and light and is the best fit for ur pocket if u have a budget of 12k...i am a mobile freak n keep changing my mobile every 2 months...this is the best mobile iv used till now after the i phone..though it doesnt have the features of an i phone i am happy with it..and the price tag is also is also low

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970definitely u should go for n73.no second thoughts on that .i have n73 since jan 2007 and its working great.it has the best music and camera in its range.u should definitely go for it.

Anonymous, 29 Nov 2008i bought the phone last monday, the activity fail to work a... morehey i understood ur problem just let me know which sim card u r using why because in sony ericsson total 4 models doesn't supports the airtel sim cards specially HLR-1 series sims. so please check and replace ur sim then it's works nice.

i bought this phone yesterday and i can say that it's very good. i like it till now. i've been using onli Nokia and that's my furst SE,so in the first i was frustrated, but after a couple of hours i got used to it. so the cam is not wery good and the photoes does't look amazing on the komp, but they are ok for this phone, theyr size is between 600 h 700MB. so there's no problem.the batery is good, i can say that, becase i didn't leave the phone for more than a minute, and it's steel fool. ringt tones are fine, i was in the other room and i heared it, you cant say that its with only 256K colors ,becase i used a phone whit 16 mill and thre's no diference, i just want to say that the screen is awesome and i like it. it coms with 3 games but if you want more you can download easy, i bought 2gb memory and there isn't a problem, actually you can put up to 8GB.
the sound is great, it's very thin, perfect fits in the hand and pocket. there are a lot of programs which are great. so i can recommand tjis phone to all of you, and if you have questions, pleace ask.
P.S. SONY ERICSSON ROCS! :D

That dot on the front is the ambient light sensor which changes the screen's brightness in accordance to environmental lighting. I should know 'cause I have this phone.
--Yes, to make a video call you have to turn the phone around as the camera on the back, which is the only camera, is the one used. Wacky? Yes! Well I'm not 100% sure. Where I live I'm not able to make video calls.
--But geez, it's common sense. The phone does have the video call function in the Organizer folder right? The phone does only have one camera right? Now what do you make of that?

I must say Sony Ericsson is reusing alot of stuff from phone to phone. But this one is good! I think them design guys know what they're doing cus I didn't like w890i but I do like T700 eventhough it is practically the same phone.
I am a sucker for design! I'll get the red and black one!

when i bought this phone, the saleman told me that it has video call features. but he didnt tell me that it doesnt have a secondary call camera. its really difficult for me to make a video call using the back camera as i cant really focus the camera on my face since i cant see where the camera is facing! if this phone dont have a secondary video call, then whats the whitish dot on the front for? i cant be using a mirror to see where the camera is facing, in public, cant i?

francis, 17 Dec 2008if there really is a front camera, how will i activate it? ... morehey guys,that dot on the front of the phone is not a secondary call camera, its a luminescence sensor which measures the external light to adjust the screen brightness :-)
