Last year, I had this phone only for 3 months. I love the interface but I hate the connector bit, it just would not charge or anything of the sort.. I gave up. Even the back won't go on.

not bad realy guys,it can run more than 5apps with normal speed,jst its drawback is auto focus in camera and front camera in video caling.and guys if the producer wud kept al these thing I swear this shud b a vry gud mobile,sony ericson company shud instal o.s in al 3g mobiles like nokia n dnt wory guys il keep in touch.ask me u hv any dout,bye frnds

But it doesn't work in... moreyou are right, i tried changing fps n codecs while converting the vdo to WMV format but nothing works... ir just recognizes the file as WMV and says cant play it... Btw converting them to mp4 format is a better option as it works universally on all phones if u need to share the videos... fwd me your email id at anishpjoshi@gmail.com will update you if i get some clue about the WMV settings...

It is nt 2 bad.v cn use it 4 light purposes such as 2 make a call,2 send a text.not 100% perfect 4 every thing.

Anish Joshi, 06 Oct 2010it can play both 3gp and mp4 formats... In the specs, wmv also is mentioned. But it doesn't work in my phone. I tried wmv ver 8 and 9 videos(QVGA), but getting the message 'can't play this'. It even identifies the video as WMV and the file goes right into the videos folder. Not playing.
Any ideas?

Anonymous, 28 Sep 2010Can someone help me, my phone charger has gotten really dod... moreyup u can get it fixed... had da same sort of prob in just 4 months of purchase... headfons, charger, data cable nothing was working coz der was some lose connection in the socket and the PCB... and about the keys i think it must be coz of carbon or dust, its a 5 min job to get it cleaned...
take it to sony ericsson service centre dey will do the needful...

Can someone help me, my phone charger has gotten really dodgy in my phone, and now the USB wont work either. A day or 2 ago, both my backspace buttons (on top& bottom of the end call button) wont work. shall i just get a brand new one or does anyone know how to fix it?? i have only had it since December last year ahh
