Internet speed is Good(Not getting any connection timeout)
Bluetooth sending speed Maximum 200KB/s.
Camera quality 3.2 is good. Same as any nokia 5MP camera.
Back panel is looking good.
Earphone is Not looking good. But sound quality is superb.
Equalizer with MegaBass technology is great.

1.display quality - very good
Brightness - good
2.camera quality - OK
3.autofocus - works
4.music play-loudness-reasonable and clarity-good. Lacks some bass. The bundled earphones aren't the best.
5.video player-clarity and colour brightness - Very good. I was impressed.
6.gprs or web surfing speed - it has edge so if you live in an area without the HSPA and stuff, this should help with the speed when compared to GPRS. Browsing was ok(touch phones can really spoil you).
7.java software enability - Works. no problems
8.sms capacity - good. Threaded view looks good.
9.smart dialing - yes, voice recognition, smart search etc..

abhi, 04 Jan 2010tell me about d audio quality of T715 plzzzzzzzzzzzznothing spectacular. Has mega bass, but i own a W960i and compared it, it dint come even close. If this is your first phone, you'll enjoy it. If you have owned a Walkman phone before, u'll find it lacking.
One good thing is the equalizers work with bluetooth headsets(if you use them), which I found lacking in some former SE handsets.

On the plus side, its a solid phone, compact and somewhat, camera is OK, music is not the best i've heard, but still enjoyable, gets the job done. On the down side, it doesn't have Wi-Fi, and if you have ever used a Sony Ericsson from K750i+, you will find the UI is pretty much the same, albeit a few enhancements.

harry, 05 Jan 2010how the 3g works without front camera ? i think it works on... moreWhen you video call, the camera at the back is turned on automatically. I guess you'd have to turn the phone around for the other person to see you (or you could look under the phone if you'd prefer that)

I am planning to buy a mobile phone. Earlier i was using ASUS P525 PDA phone it was a bit bulky but considerably a very good phone I have recently sold it & thinking of buying a new phone in range of Rs.8ooo to 10ooo thousnad INR. My basic requirement are camera clearity with flash & Good sound, I have finalised 2 models Samsung S5233W Star Wifi & Sony T715. Please request your advice & valuable inputs on which model should I finally buy. Plz send ur valuable inputs latest by 10th January since I have decided for buying on Sankranti.

Most of the SonyEric phones support only 262 K color, so Gsmarena might thought it support 262k. Recent SE phones support 16 million colors. Eg T715, Yari , naite etc......
