its a low end phone right so the feature are ok but it will be the best and superb if they provided 3g and video calls over 3g with front camera.

This is a feature phone. SE proprietary OS. Based on java platform. Just like the old times. I think it runs A200 platform of SE.

Why is there no 3G and no multi touch? Even the camera has no flash. Is it Symbian, or Android- we need to know.
