I like very much my V630i. It works perfect, no issues, no crashes, no slowdowns (only if you start a java application right after turning you mobile on).
It doesn not have a joystick, it has a D-pad. I must admit that at the beginning it felt different from other d-pads, dont know why, but i couldn't play a racing game using the d-pad, but then i practice a lot and now i have no prblems with it.
Here, in Portugal, Vodafone (wich is a telecommunications company) offers a 256MB memory card, SE earphones and USB cable.
I have already made some videocalls and it works (for my surprise) PERFECTLY! I tought it would have some breaks, and the sound wouldn's syncronise with the image, but I WAS WRONG. It works VERY GOOD.
It also has a great processing speed. I have many 2D and 3D java games intalled and this mobile reveals great images without any problems in any game.
About the camera... nothing to say...its 2Mpixels, i like it, great photos with great depht (i doesn't have AutoFocus, but I dont really need that).

Myabe Portuguese are lucky since this phone from Vodafone Portugal comes with 256mb ms, usb cable and earbuds.
I charge my phone once a week, When things get really really busy every 3/4days;
This phone DOESN´T have a joystick it as a D-pad like other phone such as motorola V3 but better so for those who don't like joysticks it is a great option, for those like me u love it it sn´t better either.
For gadegts simply the best, u can control powerpoint presentations and computer via bluetooth, great gsm/3d reception,excelent software and applications for fun and business (you have 2 find it,there a site soggestion on one of my posts...)
Oh I almost forgot, sound simply the best ;)
Any doubts...keep them coming I will answer them with please since I simply love my new phone ;)

without the 256 MB card, the music and movie features of this phone become totally useless

I guess Vodafone doesnt give the 256MB Memory Card....

Vodafone its just a telecommunications company..like Verizon. And about my phone its so cool...i love the fact that i can hear music..and the video call..Its a really cool phone

Guys, I m more of a practical guy and I wanna know from the people that use it for a while how many days can this phone be in stand by(when u use it for talking), is the network reception good and if the joystick is easy 2 use(older SE issue-I had 2 modells before). How much memory has the card provided by vodafone with the phone?
Believe me, after a while u get bored with the gadgets and most of the time u look 4 a PHONE. I m currently using an old nokia 6630 and I have to charge it every 2 days(if I dont speak 2 much). It s like having a ferrari with a 40 liters tank :) - u stop in every gas station

hey, you know when you try and delete something off your phone it says 'cannot be deleted, file protected' is there anyway of deleting still?

what does the flash aplication do?....i want to know your opinion on whether to buy a nokia 6680 or this phone being that i can get them for the same price of 130 euro

I've had the v630 for like a week and it is awesome how can anyone say otherwise? for any of you who say "why does only one of the 3 speakers work?" well its designed like that ... is it not loud enough already. 10/10 pure class.. but could b better with a flash i'll admit

Had the v630i for 2 months & it is without doubt the best phone I've ever had!! All the features on mine worked straight away including all the PC downloads! EASY!

Valid for those u understand Portuguese, the community is very united in solving all the problems of the users and there's a lot of god material there.
For the other users, about the speakers, I'm not lying if I tell that the speakers have a sound volume very similar of an entry, mid lever laptop speakers,higher volume than motorolas and N series nokias, the only thing that I don't like so much about the phone are the vodafone menus, for those u like SE menus I would advise u to buy K618 instead.
The camera besides being 2MP is not that impressive since I'd expect a lot better from sony, but it works very well.
For those willing to buy it, I advise after Se experience u will never want a nokia again ;)

For autolock function press "*" than up right key.

go to settings>security>automatic keylock
there u can set to autolock function..hope that helpss..
