to the pal who said you cant find this so you bought k618 because it looks like k618.
your right, k618 is the asian version of v630, and v630 is the europe version made only for vodafone and used only in europe networks. its a very nice phone,and im glad to have one.

To mRuB from Bulgaria,yes the battery life is good but i have tried everything with the software and IT WILL NOT even recognize the phone when trying to download any sort of videos and NO i am not trying DVDS.MP3s or photos work no problem but NO WAY can i get videos on the phone.What format must they be?

I have this phone for 4and1/2 months now. It still is a very good phone. I am looking on the market for what I could replace it with and can't really find a replacement...
No echoes, no freezing... no nothing.
Only the "joystick" (the round key with keys) needs to be pushed a little harder for the left and right directions. That's all ! No other problems.
For 220USD it's a damn good phone. Name a better one in these budget!!

Iv ben contimplating getting this phone instead of the LG KG800 because i cant get any network settings for the chocolate (im from Ireland) How do you think it compares performance and sizewise??

Hi there
I'm from BG too.I think about buying this phone nesxt week hope to catch a price-drop. I have browsed all the forums in the world and everywhere I see both people satisfied with the phone and people with problems. I mean evryone who likes this phone knows its funktions and has the right expactations.
1. camera is not the best - that's correct, can't expect more for this all in one phone.
2. battery life is just amazing , just see no point in your battery issues topic, 100% you haven't chardged the right way for the first and second and 3rd time!!
3. video and else is easily brought to the phone with the soft provided. what causes your trouble is not knowing how to operate the program and maybe some of you are copying DVD to their phone - NOT ALLOWED :) yet.
4. you can't say it's a bad phone. ypu can only if you compare it to the best, what here in gsmarena evryone does.
SO I kindly request GSMARENA to make a phone review so we can discover the phone's + and - from another point of view. BYE

i dont know why u guyz complain so mutch for this phone..maybe u should try producing one if this doesnt answer your needs...my opinion is that this is the best phone for it's price...doesnt do less or more than what it's worth...if there were autofocus and flash and radio and mpeg4 and all of those complains met...than the phone would cost arround nokia n70....so if u want it,buy it cuz with that amount of money,u cant get anything better

to those who want to put VIDEOS in this phone
do this :
1. download a video coverter tt can convert videos to 3gp or mp4 files in ur pc.
2. drag those converted videos to ur mem card
3. enjoy high quality vids in ur phone..
thats all..

i agree-camera and video features are TERRIBLE and i also cannot download video or mp4 from my pc with the software provided.I see a few people suffer the same problem-DOES ANYBODY HAVE THE ANSWER???

I bought this phone last week and trust me when I say that I`m very satisfacted and happy because I have`it. Is really great and the camera make some pics really great!!!.So if you don`t know what to do,beleived me when I say ... It`s worth every penny!

how can you get video from pc to your phone?
my software will not do it-mp3 and digital pics no problem but video wont work
