worst smartphone I ever had.
Before vivaz I loved Sony Ericsson.
Support from SE about this phone is equal to zero

all of this persons.. which i think is just a one with multiple different names, who sayed bad abt this phone... is better to not writte false comments.. im having in over 1 year.. how come my phone to work pefect, the touch screen, the battery, surfing isnt slow either... everything is perfect, i dunno what are u complain about... is pretty simple u dont know how to handle or use a phone.. or u never haved it, im telling you that the phone is awesome bcs of my own experience, but i think u never haved it.. is pretty clear. And about the song, there is an application which will improve the volume loud... soo dont comment next time sh1ts

just bought 4 about 4 m0nths but the t0uchscreen started to bec0me n0t sensitive..

scratches easily. touch screen started acting up just after 3 months. now is not working at all and without the touchscreen, the phone is essentially useless. battery doesn't last very long either. all in all, not the best buy. more trouble than it's worth

DONT BUY THIS PHONE.
Its a complete waste of money. Little more than a year old and phone has already conked off. Touch screen has gone crazy, not working. battery is dead, wont even charge. Very slow for surfing. Very fragile body, gets scratched and cracked easily. Slide was tough from th start. Sound quality bad. Only good thing was HD video quality.

Not a fan of this phone...it was okay for a couple months, but I've had it for a year now and wish I wasn't stuck in a 3 year contract. Turns off randomly, doesn't notify me of txt msgs, sometimes needs to be rebooted just to actually received txt msgs, freezes up frequently, etc. I've had other SE phones before and this one definitely isn't my favourite.

i have this phone which i bought last year..
slow on surfing the net,slow when its rotate..
very good hd video recording and picture.
for me..
if u want to have this phone for surfing the net.. forget it..
but if you want to snap the HD video recording..then i deserve to have it

I'm using vivaz pro. I have my complains, but I made it work the way I want it to. While messing with it, the default media app (picture, music, videos) no longer has any of the options. Just an empty space with only the update and close buttons available. They disappeared one after the other overtime, first pictures, then videos, now music. I don't know what caused this and I want things to get back to normal. But how...? Your help will be most appreciated

Best phone i ever had. It supports all the apps even skype. One of the best phones of sony ericsson!

very glitchy, terrible interface, very sensitive side buttons but the touch screen and lock buttons aren't. Headphones isn't standard, runs out of battery quite fast, specially when it starts blinking, only takes maybe 3 hours of standby till dead. Still worth keeping though, wait till u have enough for an upgrade

One of the worst phone I've got. The look and the keyboard is fine but the software freeze, battery short life, not a good antenna reception out of a city and somehow bugs like ...screen lock activated and keep calling on my last caller list when in my pocket. Also you can't hear the alarm when battery is low so you have to remember to bring your charger all the time. Not a good buy even for free.
