When plugged in to charge, the phone refuses to vibrate (fido firmware). Also if some other settings were changed (theme maybe), it refused to vibrate. I hate symbian though, its just aweful.

Battery life- very poor. hav to charge daily. Only in this case tihs phone is bad

I am considering buying this phone and I have a question about it. When you are receiving a call, does the phone vibrate and ring at the same time, because I have had phones before that do not do the two at the same time, only separately. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Is it only my Vivaz pro's battery that don't last for more than 36 hours? I only talk about 30 min per day.

Uh good phone overall, build quality is excellent (for a phone that has no metal on it) very light for it's class, symbian is a let down, SE is to blame but only for it's choice of OS, yet symbian is still acceptable, does the job, does not fail you, reliable..
No crashes, no hangs, no servicing needed for past few months. Not outstanding, but great nonetheless.
I'd recommend.

I am unable to send messages/transfer images to my vivaz pro by Bluetooth.It accepted a few images then says to delete messages as the memory is full.I have 4.5 Gb on my memory card but only 50 kb on the phone memory.Can anyone suggest a way out?

I had keep constant watch to the opinions. I hate it when ppl bash about the phone when they are not the user or just purely hate it because their standard is too high.
So overall it's working quite fast and the function is good, right? Planning to get one by next year CNY. =)

Ericsson has delivered such a top class model after years !
The Vivaz Pro is almost flawless except for 2 things.
1) Symbian OS ..... Could have been much better.
2) Camera .....Picture quality is below average in low light conditions, single LED flash is not good enough.
Apart from the above 2 flaws, the Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro is model which is highly recommended to all users.
This model has very similar features to that of Nokia N97 mini.
Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro....A Must Have Phone !!!......

i got this fone two mnths back.....til nw i dint get any problem even aftr i loaded more than 8gb nd it didnt slow down........xcellent battery life ,camera nd video quality rocking...... :D
