Anonymous, 01 Jul 2010Hi people, i don't really know much about phones and right ... moreI am sorry but I don't recommend any fone over blackberry ,specially if u have BIS with ur bb,but this fone I mean vivaz pro or vivaz can be used as simple call n msg,ing fone for regular use,but its not for heavy users its a kind of eye candy that's all,its my opinion but other users opinion may vary.

Hi people, i don't really know much about phones and right now i have the blackberry curv 8900. i was also thinking of getting this phone but im not too sure. what im asking, are the vivaz pro or the vivaz (which is the better of the two?) as-good-as or better then the BB curv 8900?

If it's better now, what ch... morehi there,now I figured out that my wifi was on which ws draining my no my phones battery very fast,now its on gsm with wi fi off ,its a bit better I mean few calls n few msgs for a day,but u do need to charge it everyday,which is a lil inconvenient.

hey ALiza.... not vry sure abt the screen.. bt i think its glass.....
nopes... no battery problem... lasts for a day which i am fine with.....besides.. it can be charged via USB only.. so u can charge it n e wer if at office or ne wer!!
but once it starts dropping... it drops Quickly...
will try n find out abt the screen ASAP!! tC!!
m still having trouble wid Video players.. unable to find any... i used Smartmovie player.. bt its expired.. n e crack or ne tin???

except for the camera and video, this phone seems to offer little to justify its price. same goes to vivaz.

n i found dere r so many versions of it available on net...namely (vivaz pro u8i, u8a, u5a) and all at different prices...totally puzzled as which 1 to buy and watz d diff in all dese..

I just saw it at a stall here in my city down in Malaysia, surprisingly, it only costs about RM1145($350) here. I'm absolutely shocked~! I guess that's a definite reason why i'm getting it tomorrow :D

[deleted post]you have to hack the phone first so it could download and run nokia applications from OVI store (u can find how to do it from the internet or someone might explain you for this) and this one is much more beautiful than corby.

mahdis, 26 Jun 2010hi frinds, which is better: SE vivas pro - i phone4 -or nok... moreiphone is a smartphone for dumba55. anyone can use it. even my 3yo KID know how to operate it. heck, they also show off to other kids next door.
and best of all, even with all the problems and issue emerged... 1.7mil unit sold. just imagine how many rich dumba55 available in this world~!
