SEX2, 26 Jun 2010Yeah, it's me as well. I'm planning to change my X2 to viva... moreAll right, I will try to help although I don't have any of these two devices so my words will based on things I saw or heard around here.
Keyboards are getting almost same responses from both devices, X2 has advantage of better look IMO, but Vivaz's keyboard delivers the work as it should do.
WinMo is a big platform, so obviously 500s processor is not good enough to drive it smoothly while Symbian is known for its lightweightness hence it never needed a heavy processor to perform yet Vivaz has I think above 700 processor which is straight forward win win condition over X2. (I did use Symbian and WinMo so yes I am sure of it)
Symbian is also feature-rich, easily customizable, easy too and it has countless usefull application all over the web. Yes you have to find them here and there. Java runs smoothly over Symbian so I am sure you will always find stuff to enjoy and try out. Most of applications are just free.
Personally, if I am not so obssessed over X2, I would take Vivaz Pro.

Because I am with Sony Ericsson so I will blindly say Vivaz Pro is better option: Because
1. It is available, and reviews are very good.
2. It is for serious mobile users for many tasks.
Nokia N8: will be better than Vivaz pro when it will available in market and it looks really nice device Nokia is working on. Besides comparing N8 with Vivaz Pro is not fair because N8 stands in a different league and by the time it will release, for the price differences, Vivaz pro will still be better option for price and keyboard.
I don't consider any of iPhone to stand near to any Smartphone made by any company because it is something lower than Smartphones if you count functionality as feature. Besides iPhone4 is having lot of issues and if you are a simple user more toward entertainment side, wait for a while to see if Apple resolve some of the major issues then get that. But iPhone4 is (and will) NOT better then Vivaz pro or N8.

I am sure there will be a lot stored in Vivaz pro to play with so just store that website to use it later on. Nothing is new at my end other than a delicious update about "Adam" as they ensure us all they are on the track and celebrating it because "Adam" will be out to market as schedule (by July or August).
You said about iPhone4, well yes it looks good but by now you must have read all the bad stories it carries with its launch day. I really don't want to repeat it all here. But in short line, iPhone4 is not worth to talk about yet.
Keep us inform about how you feel and what you discover new in your Vivaz Pro, Personally I also would love to know (from everyone if possible) how their device is helpful in their regular/routine life. Other than making calls.
On my end, I will be going to talk to a friend who knows people who deals in mobile devices, I am thinking to get them agree to land me sets to review and all. Wish me luck, princess (and fellows).

a symbian,I can say its much more easy to use,simple not as complicated as X2 and SE2010 he he,anyways screen is plastic responds pretty fast,UI is same old signature SE type,audio is also pretty good,camera is okay,hd video recording iz the best part of it,its really really good u,re goin to love it.well finally I can say its the best fone considering the price tag it comes with,since u r a
high end user I would also like to suggest X10 n I phone 4gs to u,if u wanna go for vivaz pro go for white one ,black reflects more of its plastic look whereas white one looks much more superior in style,best of luck

It is good phone. But sound Quality with Speaker Phone is not good. Also Image quality in Night mode is also bad. Screen & Button Lock function do not work for Camera & Video Button. Hence camera/video mode switch on by mistakes many times while carrying the phone in Hand or Pocket.
This phone is same as N97.

Plus the quick response and the many functions that I would love to have like the turn to mute and better video recording (since I own a DSLR).
I don't understand a word that SE2010 says. He's gotten all the words mumbled and he seems so obsessed with SE.

the price is depend on the place...mybe around 350euro...

i've been use this phone for 2weeks...
so far, no prob at all...i love it so much.the qwerty keyboard, camera, hd video, touch screen...this phone is the best in its segment.better than n97,and also other symbian phone that i ever know.
i'm proud for having this phone...

hi guys i have used this phone and its a really good phone and the key pad makes it so much easyer to use but the only problem with it is that if you are using the pad to type in a new contact or anything then the screen does not change round so you have to use the touch screen and that gets a bit anoying some times.
