Still i have and its fully workingi have one the i took 2 years ago from my grandfather and waited two years to go back to him (living in another country) to get the battery and the charger. now i am 3 months into using it and it is just perfect no joke better than new phones with all of its features oled screen on the outside is the best and equalizers with mega bass like it is underrated now my brother lost the charger

"No video recorder" meh, it would be piss poor on a feature phone anyway.

I hope someone can help me. My W380 was working pretty well (despite the drawbacks due to software quality). It started getting a bit sloe and so I decided to delete some stuff, stumble upon a folder and decided to see what was there to delete.. next thing I know the screen goes blank... key and screen lights still on but nothing happening for a a minute or 2.. so I tried holding the power button for a few seconds (several time) still nothing.. I resorted to taking the battery out. After replacing the battery.. the phone never turned on again..
Has anyone had that problem, and if yes could you suggest a solution outside of buying a new phone? You can message me at birdpeas@yahoo.com

malaysia boleh, 10 Jun 2010why my camera not function.. whwn i start the camera it tel... moreGo change the ribbon It's damaged, I experienced that problem already and the phone technician changed out my ribbon and the problem was immediately resolved.

This phone is a fairly good but a little underdeveloped but still a decent phone with some fairly good features. My main issues with it is as I said It could have been better like video taping capabilities (a camera), a crappy camera, a relatively low so called loud speaker and very small screen but overall this phone gets a 6/10 for me personally.
