I was lucky that my sister got a new phone and didn't need her old W508 so I have a spare. Try eBay for a secondhand one

omg! good phone w508 had for awhile but now the its ringing by itself and nobody is there i just have to pick it up and it rings!! can someone tell me how to fix it!!

I have had this phone since June 2010. It now does not send emails for me. I cannot send to facebook on it either. So it does not do what it has been designed to do. When I send pics by email it denys access. I can't change the settings on it so my email password is accepted. I would not recommend this brand any more.

I've had this phone for almost 2 years now. I got it brand new and about 2 months after I got it it started saying inactive sim, which was really annoying and to fix it I had to turn it off wait a while and then turn it back on. It would do this about 5 times a week!

Had this phone for over a year (was second hand when I got it) and I JUST LOVE IT - got everything I need and is sooo easy to use! :) recently keeps going INACTIVE SIM so much so that I have to use another phone most of the time (which I hate as is a touch job). it makes me miss my phone even more!! Have tried taking battery in and out which initially worked but now may work but only for very short time. ?????? anything else I can do. I can't get hold of a new one.

Else try to another SIM-card and make sure it is inserted properly.
Test with a friends SIM-card or ordering a replacement card.

My Phone won't load. It goes to "please insert SIM card". It allows me to have a demo of the phone or make an emergency call. A Telstra SIM card is inserted into the phone. It wont recognize that card. What do I do?

i got camera probs,when i open camera then it will appear a while then suddenly closed.but when i open camera then i flip it into 90deg its working.Why my phone not function when i fully flipped it.Is that HW prob or what?

Hi there
I have had this phone for a couple of years and have found that the video calling has stopped working, comes up with message saying video call failed. When someone tries to video call me it says that the network is unsupported...any ideas??

Hey there, I have had this phone for 2 years now and I love it but unfortunately its very very sloooow. I have tried deleting all my messages etc., but that didnt help at all! Apparently you have to get an update after about a year, but I cant find the website it is supposed to be on..any ideas? Would be greatly appreciated.

i had used this phone for 2 years and love it so much. too bad i lost it :(
the phone was really good looking and never cause me any trouble at all.
oh yeah, does anyone know where can i download alarm and message tone for this phone? i miss them :(

JK, 26 Nov 2011I have had the W508 for two weeks, it is great except that ... more It shows emergency only because you are out of signal, no reception. Is an issue with your network provider. All phones have that built into them, they can take another network and allow u to dial emerg. numbers only7
