I bought this phone, then had to replace it when the programming took a dump. Your able to use the phone as a usb drive for extra storage, well after transfering a file from my phone to another computer, the phone never came back from file transfer mode. It stayed in a continuous white screen. I sent the phone in for a replacement. 3 days after recieving the replace ment 2 screws fell out from between the 2 half's of the phone. Cingular told me that the phone was discontinued and they were willing to replace it with a phone that had less features, and cost a fraction of what i paid for this phone, with no sort of refunds or compensation. I decided that the phone still functioned the same with the missing screws, and now 3 weeks later, the white screen is back. does anybody know what thats about and or how to fix it?

The W600 mobile is the best cellfone of the world. I never see one cellfone this have many specifications igual Sony Ericsson W600. Congratulations for Sony Ericsson.

something is wrong with my phone....my battery died for couple hours while i was walking home from my girlfrewn's house...i kept turnin the fone on after it died over and over again....then the screen just light up n the fone wont start up....does anyone know what to do....or wats wrong...

I've had this phone for a little over 3 months now and let me tell you, this phone is GREAT!!!!! =)
For those of you who are complaining about the 256mb non-expandable memory issue. Stop crying. Please. 256 is enough to take pics, video and a whole bunch of mp3 tunes. The phone comes with software so that the songs are converted to save space.
The camera on the phone is great too. Lots of effects, and options and not to mention, the video quality is pretty decent too. The graphics on this phone is really amazing, and you can tell by the games that you can play. Dedicated gaming buttons too. What more could you ask for?
THE ONLY PROBLEM that I got with my phone in particular is that sometimes when i close the phone, it accidentally powers off; but this happens like only ONCE a month. Maybe because I dropped the phone or exerted too much pressure on it. Other then that, I would recommend this phone to ANYONE. Great looks, sounds (2 speakers give CRAZZZYYYY external sound), supplied headphones are really great too ("in ear" design), graphics are sexy, sound quality is SUPERB, and overall operating system is user friendly and the battery life for mine is AMAZING. I can go 4/5 days without charging my phone. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!. Enjoy =)

lol...w600 and w550 does not have any diff...jez tat sum countries they call it w550 and sum call it w600 ;)

The Sony ericsson W600i is the one i have its a crazy phone i love it best phone i ever had. i have a problem though, when ever i try to take a picture it always returns to menu after i take it, does anyone know how to fix it?

I bought This 2 days ago and trust me the phone is wicked, lots of great features and the sound quality from the phone and the earphone are excellent. I would recommend anyone to get this phone, and 256mb is enough to do whatever you want. Peace out.

For all those stupids out there who thinks that this phone is rubbish, please keep your mouth shut. This is the perfect phone to buy as it has so many features as compare to other phones in same price. That is why it has been rated no.1 on survey of "best standard cell phones today" by Pc world on MSN. I am posting a link where you can see it. If anyone is interested to buy this phone then carry on its the best option. It is loudest phone among all walkman phones.

Well this phone.. i should say almost all the phones have bugs... for my k750i it just sometimes turns off and blinks black and white...... i think it will happen to other sony ericsson phones too... im guesing its a bug... sometimes wont even turn back onto the main screen

i really dnt like this fone its very ugly also not meant 2 last long. get the w810i much better quality also prettier :o)

If your phone broke, you are an idiot. You probably tried to twist a whole 360 degrees when it only goes 180. This phone has been the most reliable phone since my last Sony Ericsson 8 years ago. This phone is the best I've ever owned. Hook it up to a FM transmitter and I can play the tunes in my car. My only gripe is that it doesn't have a memory card. What's great is that you don't have to swivel it to answer a call. I love this phone.

This phone lasted me three months and then fell apart and the stores in said they dont hav any screws 4 it.So that's the end of that i now return 2 this website 2 look 4 another phone but i warn u first Dont buy this phone unless you are rich and want it jus for a while to show off.
