I'm considering changing my W810i for a W710i 'cause this have A2DP Bluetooth technology and mine doesn't have it. Will this change be an upgrade? Is the W710i a better or similar phone?

See i ask u this did the N70 had the sound clarity better than W710? Ignore the volume level.
I own also a Nokia 5200 which has amazing volume level, but has no clarity(digital impact like the ones by W series)..

i recieved this phone about two months ago after carefull concideration and i love my phone, but i bought myself a Nokia N70 about 2 weeks ago and sadly i find that my n70 sound is so much louder than my phone. Otherwise i love all the features on my phone and wont trade it for the world.

To Tam,
I think it has Arabic language. My bro has this phone and says that he has the language.
But while buying please ask the retailer IF it has the Arabian Language.
Or why dont you also try W610i.

The only differences between N71 and SE W710 are:
Video call and flash(in Nokia N71)
If you want a music phone, fast user interface,good performing mobile go for SE W710. The N71 is bulky in size. But it is good in durability(I got this point from this website). Choice is up to you.

I have an idea to fix the peeling of the rubber.
1) Laminate the outer part body of the phone. In this way the rubber nuisance will be controlled to a great extent.
It worked for me. I hope all u people understand.... Now your W710 is the best phone.
I know video is QCIF.But ignorable.
Hey even some N series phone have Qcif video.

It's an overall great phone but the rubber comes off. And to me it doesn't make any sense to get it replaced if it's only going to come off again. And trust me no amount of glue is going to keep it on.

Hello W810 is one of the phones with the loudest sound followed by W550i and W300i. But sound is a BIT less than expected.
The SE people has confessed 2 reasons for the peeling of the rubber.
1) Rubber expands on heating. SO if you live in a hot country the problem occurs. But u can replace it for free as one has a 1 year warranty.
2) Constant opening and closing of the mobile.

I like this phone to buy. But I have a question: Is it true that the rubber peels off?? and how about the quality off sound (loud) from the loudspeaker. Is it loud like the w300?? I hope this mobile to be louder than w810 because w810 isn`t louder for my taste

Have this phone 2 months and am disappointed. Has 5 alarms. Set two (recurring + once-off) and both fail more than once. Also special letters for other languages lacking. Family members also have hassels with w phones - software. Battery life short. Will go back to Nokia

after 3 months of use, here is my honest feedback
1) functionality voice, the phone is gr8, it never hungs up on me
2) I love the sony ericcson music player, the bass is terrific
complains
1) battery- I have to charge daily-- probably bcoz I hear too much music
2) the beautiful rubber coating that I once admired now has started peeling off, I still have to find a solution for that
3) i hate the camera--it sucks... they have lied IT IS NOT 2MP camera..its a VGA quality camera.

Great music phone!! Just got this phone a few weeks ago, and it rocks! It looks a bit ugly mainly because of the white, and sometimes the buttons are hard to press due to their size, other than that the phone is great. Best feature is you can listen to the radio/mp3 player without earphones. It has an external speaker, so it basically acts as a stereo. Camera is decent quality, and has a lot of features, but no other phone out there can match this for music!
