I have W300 and i have those problems so tell me if they are in this phone
1-i cant view full screen video
2-there is no lock key from unathorised pepole like nokia phones

hei.. i just bought this phone.. it was cool..
love the exterior.. it was just exactly as i expected.. the sound was powerfull.. my whole class can hear it if anyone call me.. but one thing that is bothering me is each minute.. the phone will flash and show the time.. it is just annoying.. can i adjust this. i couldn't find the setting anywhere.. did anyone else have this prob as well?

this phone is a crap.my friend has it and all day it close by it self.don't take if you want a good phone.

Dj says.., Muzik Muzik and only Muzik, i love da phone... 've since last four months, really a gr8 cell. Wat a awesome camera result in a day light! Like a digicam... Really gr8 camera for day light... Really cool sound wid full bass on headphones... Good looking headphones, but 'm having littlebit problem for d fittin in ma ears... iam a music freak So i use the phone to listen to music alot but i still have no problem with the rubber buttons yet.i have the phone for 2&half weeks so its kinda new . my advice to u is to wait more and take your time to make a wise choise.

hi broken promises,
just want to know if the rubber pudding of your cp is loosen, coz it is the problem of other users..i still like it eventhough the sounds is low or whatever but the rubber problem is the worst i can't take...if the looks have a problem, i cant bear it..pls help coz i will buy another cp soon...

Hi all . i got the phone 2 weeks ago and its all good But i have to say that The speackers volume kinda low (my brother got the k310i and its much more louder) i dont know why its suppose to be a walkman phone !!!!! and The battary life is not that good ( dont exepect to last more than day if u are listen to music)

Good Phone. Have it since 4 months now. Very fast, never hangs. EDGE is good. Overall really good phone for the money and camera is also decent. Only problem is that the rubber outline around the front of the phone tends to get loose after a while even though i have barely used the walkman play buttons but if you happen to open the phone alot with one finger the rubber tends to come out and you have to stick it again. Sony should take care of this as its part of the build quality. Overall 8 on 10 for this phone.

Its a good phone with all of important functionalities. But 710i have a small problem in its battery life. Its very low comparatively other SE phones. I used around 10 mobiles previously include SE phone. Truly I am telling u its a good and useful phone but only 4.5 hour battery Talk time. This phone has a perfect MP3 player, but has problem in zooming, movies & camera pictures, any one have the solution for this please give me. Can I have the full screen of the picture??

Better buy Z710 and pourchase a 512 or 1 Gb card.
We can;t change the orange display(Z710 comes with blue one)
teja - remove the back cover, and just push the memory-card, it will pop out
fereshte - tranfer .jar file to your fone (vai BT or cable) and then select the file on fone ans click "install".

the camera quality is standard only and isn't shake heads as it is a walkman phone. but i think you should know this. W710's platform can improve the camera performance as if other SEs since K800 does also. it's by installing a java application specific for handling camera capabilities i.e. increasing settings for manual operation(ISO,Whitebalance,shutter,aperture,noise reduction and more) as the W-series cybershots from sony does, another is the long-long issue of the video recording resolution: this is the reason i can think why SE don't improve so much that department as the phone is already capable of improving itself. keep an eye on those java software sites and you'll find later a camera application for java phones. this is a feature unique only to SE and later will make big leaps towards better functionality.

the phone looks are gr8, something thatprompted me to buy this phone along with the sound quality makes it a gr8 phone. I am very disappointed by the camera quality. I thought 2.0 megapixels meant pictures which when transferred on PC will look good & clear. The picture quality is of VGA phones & very poor than w700i which should have been a much better purchase (less cost, more features) IF I had not been crazy for flip phone & sporty look.

can some one gimme a honest opinion bout the sound quality of walkman series phones .... if u compare them with some stand alone mp3 players like i pod or zune ( less memory is not an issue for me )
and of course i will be using my own headphones sony wd200 or seinhisser ....

love sony ericsson the best phone company
i had k750i for about a year and now switch to w710i. k750i is the best phone yet, but its not quadbend. i love my w710i also but camera not so great. other than that its great. people dont waste your money on other brands go with SE. always buy unlock. my next phone is p990i. this phone is the beast.

This phone has a perfect MP3 player , but has problem in zooming , movies & camera pictures , to view the camera pictures u have to rotate the picture to get full screen view , does any 1 have a solution for zooming problem or it is already the design of this phone!!!!
