I've used a lot of SE phones alredi,from K550i,W200i,K700i,K850i,W302i,...and now, I'm planning to buy this w890i walkman phone,...I'm thinking this will be as great as those SE phones I've already used....what about you guys,is it just fine??thanks...

At random times of the day, this phone says "Inactive SIM" and shuts down. Sometimes starting up and immediately restarting again. Power button doesn't work during this cycle so the battery needs to be removed.
The service providers in South Africa, only swap it out for the same, but refurbished model. I have my 4th one already and it's doing the same thing.
I am on my way to book it in for the 5th time now and it's very irritating to know what the outcome is going to be. 2 weeks without my phone or contacts, with no hope of receiving a phone that works.
Bad one guys.

hai guys.. i have sony ericsson w810 and i'm thinking on switching to w890..i have the w810 for almost 3 years now..its already been reprogram because i used the usb data cable on transfering files..but its now ok..it is one of the best phone i have.. and i love it so much..pleas tell me if the w890 is a good upgrade or not..tnx

I've been using this fone for abt 2 years. I'm buying a new one now but it actually makes me sad to part with this fone. its such a great phone, I've dropped hundreds of times but it still works just fine!
its a perfect fone for everyone :)

Best phone i ever had! switch to satio but can't forget this one.

The phone is just be great...,I love it,I use that phone,sound is so so so cool....,but just don't have flash camera,but that's was my cool phone....,does it support more than 4GB????

WORST PHONE EVER!!! It has great features which is why I originally chose it, but it constantly restarts itself, freezes, comes up with 'inactive sim', now the ringtone speaker doesnt work but the walkman speaker does?? Even the patch didn't help and that's made worse by the fact it completely erases everything on your phone!!

Its a good phone but, the red light annoys me. Does anyone know why it does this or know how to stop it?

worst phone ever, had same probs with red light, now headphone symbol keeps comin on an cant answer or make calls without earphones plugged in, tried downloadin from site but hopeless going now to shop to dispose of piece junk

Good phone, great features, however sometimes it gets mad and turns off suddenly. Appart of that everything else ok.
