I have this phone as just wondering if there is a way of making the music louder on the phone, i have the equalizer full and that isn't much help is there another way
can anyone help thanks jamie.

Anonymous, 18 Oct 2008ya i heard that its ringing tone and message tone will not ... morei have two w890i they are four months old on an 18 mnt contract both have poor signal and drops calls often they both loose the ringtone cure remove the battery and sim card reasemble they will ring again for a short time i had to send one back to se because the ringtone was gone they had it a month then told me it was water damaged they charged me eleven pounds to send it to me they wanted to bin it for free (great) so know i have one phone that has 14 mnths still to go that has no ringtone i wish i had not taken these two phones at all they are very poor.

and yes the signal sometimes drop calls .....

W890 drops calls, etc.
So if you need a spare phone the W890 might be a good one if you buy a few of them and carry them along - but even then you may miss a few calls.

Hi guys, anyone can tell me that W890 is it better than W880? Im using W880 for 2 month ago but now the ring alert is fail at all, js sent for repair, thinking to get another phone for spare. So anybody can advise,is W890 will have the same problem like W880? Please kindly advise. Thanks a lot lo

Im using W880i right now, thinking to upgrade to W890i, anybody can advise that is worth to upgrade or not? because from the opinion, lots of user complain about the disadvantages about W890, so pls advise that worth to change or just keep the W880 is enough?

but generally its ok, but not bareable

- outdated lousy camera
= Its not a Camera Phone LOL
- poor music playback
(that is the reason you will never get audio quality assessment on this phone!)
= Its as good as or maybe even better then a iPhone or a iPod or Nokia.
- poor reception (see messages) - Its a Slim Phone .
- extremely small buttons - Once again its a extremely slim Phone!!
- high SAR value - Slim Phone
- small screen - Another reason why its a slim phone
Some of you wants to watch video? :)))) - Yes its got great sound quality and great video player
- and very limited memory! - How is it ?, iv got a 4GB in mine and works sooo goood.:P

IT is an okay phone for small kids. But for adults? :)))))
Adults or Kids? WTF, atleast this W890i looks better then Nokia's do.

iv had Nokia 6300 and it got much hotter then W890i....
W890i is just cool when it comes to heating up

need help
hey ppl, i currently am using nokia E51, i want to go for the w890 now but is it worth to buy it? i like the slim design of the 2. i dont care much about wifi or camera. but i want a good looking slim metallic phone. i read some comments about the problem of this phone that it does not ring after some time of use. is that true? does it really just stop to ring when someone calls or recieve text. n the speakers work only when music is played?
