Basically, the profiles are somekind of "presets", you can choose it, but you can also adjust your own settings. You can max up the volume, enable vibration, brightness, themes, etc.

Oh Sorry to asking a lot of questions!
I have another question about all of the Sony Ericsson phones.
There are some profiles that change the ring volume and ..... . I've heard that choosing a profile may change call qualliy. For example "outdoors" has the best call quality.
Do u agree with this?

well that works. But it looks like you won't notice unless you really pay attention to it. Especially in dark environtment.
You will realize the brightness (more like backlight) is changing smoothly, too smooth

Motion sensor? certainly! Just go into 'Media' menu. Then try to move your phone. from potrait position, to landscape.
And, W910 is packed with a game thet supports motion sensor. It's really fun!

I have a very IMPORTANT question. How do i put VIDEOS on my w910i? I used the program they gave on the CD and it sais that its not the PRO version and i cant transfer videos. whats up w/ that?
If anyone has a better way to do this (so it plays the video through the media player) PLEASE tell me. If anyone has the serial for the program sonyericsson gives: arek11222@hotmail.com. how is it that they make me pay just to use the functions on my phone?
I transfered it over w/ bluetooth (in .mp4 format) and it just played the audio. Tell me what programs you guys use and any tips. THANKS A LOT!!!

I have one more question about the two sensors. I mean motion sensor and light sensor.
Do they do their job as well?
For example when u rotate the phone, the picture rotates immediatly or not...?

Finally I got the screen resolution setting to compress the file to mp4 format.
The software is xilisoft vid 3gp converter
Video:
Screen size: 320*240
Video bit rate: 512
Frame rate: 25
Rest of the settings please leave it as default or auto.
Audio:
Bitrate: 0
Sample Rate: 32000Htz
Channel : Stereo
Dont change any other settings.
W910i is rocking. I updated the new software today. It is good. This is a excellent mobile.
This setting is working fine.

first, W910 doesn't has gesture control.
second, W910 is still looder than W760
third, W910 vs N73. Since I don't have much information of N73, i will compare it with its bigger brother, N78 (because N78 have better sound quality than N73, then i guess this will prove how W910 will perform)
let us compare the frequency response (I will provide the best result from each phone)
W910:
Frequency response: +0.25, -1.25
Noise level: -81.5
Dynamic range: 82.7
THD: 0.0071
IMD + Noise: 0.028
Stereo crosstalk: -81.9
N78
Frequency response: +0.30, -1.59
Noise level: -76.1
Dynamic range: 76.1
THD: 0.014
IMD + Noise: 0.548
Stereo crosstalk: -72.7
It's obviously clear that W910 has much better sound quality than N78. You can imagine how W910 will out perform N73 since N73 is worse than N78...
Distortion (THD and IMD) level in W910 is extremely low. Also the Dynamic range and Stereo Crosstalk which very crucial for clear sound is better than N78...
If W910 can outperform N78 in sound quality this much, N73 is surely no match for W910.
