you're asking the quality? My answer is: great, because i always use the handfree to listen.
but you can always buy another earset.

can someone please help me with the upgrading of the firmware? it takes too long after i've selected the country, or is it supposed to take more than an hour? help please!

And about the camera, a 2 megapixels one is enough for me. Because I rarely take photos with my phone.
I think w910 is more suitable for me.
One more question. How is the quality of the handsfree? I think There is no 3.5 mm jack. So I have to use the handsfree.

Do you recomend me to change it to a w91... morewell shahab,my first question would be that r u a music lover or like to capture photos?cuz both these lines of SE r different.w910 will surely have a better music but inferior camera to k800.but w910 software features are more improved over k800.the decision is urs

The sound quality of W910 is ... morewell thanx 4 your analysis .i guess w910 surely great.going to buy it next week.have u heard the speaker volume of k800.is the speaker of w910 has the same volume as that.cuz i feel that k800s speaker isnt loud and the sound cracks.

The sound quality of W910 is still better than 5320.
The feature, well... W910 has more features but 5320 has Camera and Flash, although it doesn't has autofocus, and that's why the camera is not good. Even the flash is weak and produce the same quality as W910 in night mode, only a little brighter.
5320 has S60 while W910 has Java 8.2.
Both of them can do multitask. But S60 is better at it. And You can add more various application in 5320. That's a great advantage. However, beware of malwares an viruses.
About the performance, if you run them with one or two application at once, their performance is about the same. But when it comes to three or more applications, 5320 wins.
W910 has better user interface which means it's easy to learn and easy to use, especially in the media player. And that become another great advantage. Combined it with the sound quality and it'll be very great.
So, i would say that W910 is still a better phone than 5320 because of its user interface, sound and supports more file formats.
That's my analisys.

And SE's earphone is great. Yes. Even with the standar earphone that comes in the package is producing great sound quality. The 'earbud' style is quite sealing you from the outside, but hey! We're talking about music. And that's the best way to enjoy your music in portable medias or phones.
Conclusion, for a music phones, W910 is much better than 5220.

or... if you want to choose other colors, you can check the guarantee card, there's a stamp of month and year it produced.
or... check the firmware. Right now, the latest software is R1FA030. you can see it in setting --> Update service --> Software Version

well w910 accepts 8gb microsd. iam sure bcoz i read it in sonyericsons webpage and i have a w900i and put 4gb

but i think the white is good. And it is the latest version of W910. Hence, all the problem should have been fixed...
but its not like the black version is always the old one.

But the slowness in this phone can be fixed with update firmware.
