theyve found keypad problems and will accept any phone that a slider ericsson back and replace it with a better keypad cuz some people who bought got it out of the box with a craked keypad

this ones goin down now...ive had many problems with it.. it restarts any time any where ...for example while seeing fotoz...when i go in media it shows 0 songs ,0 videos ,0 fotos when i hav about1.77gb of media stuff....

An excellent phone and for me the best among the walkman series. Nice features including the walkman 3.0 player which attracts me to the phone. But i hear it goes off on it's own or freezes also the price is too exobitant, Pls sony ericsson do something about it.

this phone rockz but the sound coming out from the speaker is not loud enough i hope w760i sound from the speaker is loud enough.

@ Nijesh, I think your suggestion is impossible for SE. but i totally agree with you. SE is really engineering. great design with a purpose. as you can check all SE phones does not have 16M colors display this will eat up the battery faster and human eye can't really see the difference betweem 256K and 16M colors. 2MP with auto focus, flash and macro mode is all i need to be satisfied with the camera just like my w810i. video recording at 30fps is the standard nowadays. If it's symbian OS, I'm pretty sure this phone will cost a fortune..especially with WLAN feature =)
I think what we are looking for is a W960 features with W910i looks \m/,
1). 5.1 MP Camera.
2). Autofocus, image stabilizer, face detection with xenon flash.
3). Video at 30 fps.
4). 16m colours.
5). Symbian OS.
I am sure it would be the greatest phone, that nobody can beat.
So my dear GSM Arena... Pls pass this to sony ericsson officials. I am eagerly waiting to see such a thing. I hope every mobile freaks would love this.

so im reading that everyone likes the sony w760 better than this, so does anyone want to buy my sony w910, yes i love it but i want to try out the sony w760 when it comes out....

At last I took the risk to buy the bad reputed phone.Because I know SE never released any phone what could make their reputation down.My suggestion is Don't buy the package set like Orange,Vodafone,T-mobile.Just buy the original set.Then you are secured.But if you buy those what I mentioned,you will die.This is really a nice phone.Many sensore has used here.Amazing like magic.shake to change song,auto screen rotation,sense me function,all are really really magic.Just buy the original set and enjoy.

This phone has a great design and screen. I just feel that sony ericsson should, launch the same masterpiece with the following features:
1). 5.1 MP Camera.
2). Autofocus, image stabilizer, face detection with xenon flash.
3). Video at 30 fps.
4). 16m colours.
5). Symbian OS.
I am sure it would be the greatest phone, that nobody can beat.

Unstable phone. Alot of people have problems with this phone. Eg phone switching off suddenly. Phone not picking up network. Phone won't switch on.

HI EVERYONE! Brand new owner of a W910 in Noble black. New phone had it for about 2 weeks. Best phone Ive ever bought compared to Samsungs and Nokias.
CONS:
-speaker not loud enough (when your outside) and in uncomfortable place (not above but at the end near the mic)
- no flash on camera or zoom in normal mode
- freezes sometimes (but not a worry)
- battery life is short compared to Samsungs and Nokias.
-When typing sms's the coundown for the number of letters used doesnt show up only towards the end when you have about 20 letters left. You do get use to it after awhile though.
-vibration not that strong- sometimes I dont feel it at all.
PROS:
- slim design
-light (can barely notice my phones in my pocket)
-customize ringtones, alarm tone and msg tone (unlike samsungs)
-big screen (doesnt get dirty easily) good for customizing wallpaper and screensavers
-good video quality
-easy to use navigation keys and big icons.
-camera for video call
- comes with 1GB memory card plus the standard phone memory.
Overall a good phone purchased at $500 AUD.

never gotta a cell yet i sell em here in canada (gsm not cdma)
is this the best ericsson?
i want to get my first cell this year im either gonna get this and sell it when the
(modu) comes out any ideas guys?
